Placed an order late, when i arrived to pick it up, they were very busy, handling it like champs. That new chicken club is really good. Love this place.

We love Culvers! Never had a bad meal and the butter burger and fries are hard to beat. My wife loves the Reuben sandwich. They have table service and the employees are always friendly. I recommend this to anybody.

There’s a YouTuber I watch frequently and he’s always going on about Culver’s ButterBurgers. I got curious and loked them up and from the images, they look like a steakburger. Having grown up on Steak and Shake, I really don’t care for steakburgers; way too thin for me. So thin that they’re always dry and teetering on being charred if cooked for even a few seconds too long. However, while passing through on a business trip, I decided to give Culver’s a chance, and boy was I glad I did.

First off, this isn’t really a steakburger like I know them. Yes, it’s a thin patty, but not nearly as thin as a Steak and Shake burger. I ordered a triple and that thing was pretty thick. I could have easily gotten away with a double and been perfectly happy. As a precautionary measure I also ordered an onion ring and cheese curds in case the burger itself wasn’t enough to satiate me. The onion rings were real onion rings and were delicious. Cheese curds were pretty awesome too.

The real hero, as it should have been, was the ButterBurger. Juicy, fresh, and packed with delicious flavor. Because I’d eaten both sides, I could only eat about half the burger in that one sitting, but it was incredible!

I get it now. The Culver’s ButterBurger is worth all the bragging I’ve ever heard about it.

Ordered a single burger and a sundae. I received the burger, not the sundae. Backed up to the window — it took three employees to understand that they forgot the sundae. The idea that I didn’t receive it just wasn’t clicking with them. They were friendly though probably just a little slow.

They left and got a manager to handle it because presumably I’m not telling the truth and have a neat sundae hiding spot in my car. The manager filled up a sundae dish a little under half full.

We always look for Culver’s when we travel because they have excellent Gluten free hamburger buns and take extra care for those of us with allergies. However, this Culver’s must use a different supplier because my bun was very dry and crumbly and not at all what I have been used to getting. Also, we ordered food that needed forks and had to go to the counter to get them. When I did, I was totally ignored, even by people who made eye contact with me. I was asking for help and was just ignored until the cashier who was already busy with other customers made someone come help me. It was very rude.

Update: I was asked to contact Culver’s and provide more details, which I did. They then sent me some coupons to pay me back for the food I paid for and couldn’t eat. The gentleman I spoke with said they would review the footage and perform some training. He also said that the package my bun was in should not have been opened and that might be why it was so dry. Since then I have paid closer attention to the bun package and sure enough, when it remains sealed, the bun is as soft and delicious as I have always found it to be.

So, it does seem they truly care and want to do better. I am pleased that they listened and they are still my favorite fat food restaurant. My local Culver’s was full of very nice, attentive folks when I went a couple days ago.

I got skipped or maybe forgotten but I was just sitting and waiting when the girl who took my order realized it and got me my order quickly and apologized as well as offered me a couple coupons for next time. It was very busy and I wasnt paying attention so I’m glad she discovered it and took action right away. I wasn’t mad and all the employees that I interacted with were kind and professional.

We made our only visit to this location while passing through Indy on our way back to Ohio. It seemed like a safe area stop in a city unfamiliar to us. The ladies restroom was very clean, as well as the store in general. The drink/condiment station was fully stocked the entire visit too. It was busy during their dinner rush on a Thursday evening, but there was just a short line when we arrived and our order was still taken immediately. The wait for the meals was ~5-10 mins and they delivered everything to us at the table. Our order had a couple customized items and all were accurate. Food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. Very pleasant experience overall. We would definitely revisit if ever in that area again.

Traveling through and our third Culver’s (2 in South Dakota and here) in under a week. Arrived at lunch on Saturday and the lobby was packed. Six of us, including 2 children. Large order for dine in. Food came out hot and timely, but a small hiccup with items missing. They corrected it quickly and without question. Kids love the food and will eat it, we love the taste and the cost! Good food, good prices. Looked online and found that the closest Culver’s is 2 hours away from home. Oh well, we’ll continue to look for Culver’s and patronize as we travel.
