I have been here in the past, it’s 2026 & I’m loving the new change with both restaurants linked. Came here for Valentine’s Day with my son right after work, I got Noah for my 2nd time. He’s amazing thanks for the great service. I used to work across the street from the mall at Red Lobster before covid this spot has been getting great business.

Hook and Reel is a nice ramen, sushi, and seafood boil restaurant attached to a dying mall, which is attached to round one, which keeps the mall alive. They have a great selection of ramen dishes, which I enjoyed. They do try to pressure you in doing a Google review right at the table for a free dessert, which I to declined, but otherwise has nice staff and decent food.

It was my first time here & our waiter Noah was very attentive to our needs. Food was tasty we had the shrimp tempura ramen and it was very good paired with their boba drink. Everything came out quickly and fresh. Overall great experience will come back again.

Probably my new favorite ramen spot on Long Island! I had the Kinya ramen and it was very flavorful, the pork had a nice glaze and tasted delicious. Noah was very kind and provided very quick service. Would come here again for sure.
