Haven’t been here in a long time. Decided to stop in here and try because my app notified me of a bogo deal. I went last week I believe and I looked in the app to see what to order for my family and I. I saw that the kids meals seemed to have 3 slots for sides but later found out that kids only get 2 sides? Between the app and in-store it just seems to be confusing and saff inside seem to be a deer in the headlights with frustration when trying to explain to me. I saw the quesadilla for adult was only available as “digital only”. So I thought I had to order through the app. I asked the cashier and he said no I can order it in the line and had me go all the way back to start my order but at the same time cut people in line. I felt very uncomfortable. I then was able to order my food but the young gentleman that made my order didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted anything else in my quesadilla other than chicken and cheese and quickly threw it on the press. Not what I was wanting ordered. Today I stopped in to give it another chance and received another failure. Husband went up first asking about points and how to properly redeem items and it was pushback and confusing. Finally it was straightened out and my husband got a chicken burrito and our kids a chicken tacos. I went up last and separately as our kids were already seated. Kid and husband sit to start eating and the chicken is spicy. Not a mild spice but definitely a kick to it. I went to ask why it seemed so spicy and I was informed that’s how the chicken always is? I said that I had it the last time I was in but was also informed that it is pre-made and so it can be different and not the exact same every time. The young lady was so sweet to offer us pork for the babies to try but they didn’t care for it. Service was a miss both times. Seems to just be attitudes when ordering and when we asked a question it’s like we were an inconvenience to them. The young lady that helped to offer today different food was nice. The atmosphere just was dull each time and didn’t feel inviting. It also seems like if you dont know what you want and/or have a question…get ready for irritation.

would rather drive a few more minutes to another chipotle. good food but portions are too small , workers move way to fast i understand the rush but it’s also good to take care of all customers properly . & the outside was a little trashed .

This South Florida Ave location, as many reviews speak to, is pretty bad. I’d probably give this specific store like 2.5 stars but since I really enjoy Chipotle overall it’s rounded to 3.
The service here is so up and down. You never know if it’s gonna be good or bad on any given day, regardless of the time.
There have been times where the togo/ delivery quality is awful- they give you like half a bowl worth of food and it’s like they forgot to add more or sometimes there literally are just parts of the bowl missing. I feel as though in recent months they must’ve gotten in trouble with this because it’s seemed to have improved a little. But them improving is still a bar far below your average Chipotle.
Inside the store, it’s always busy as most Chipotles are. Expect to wait in line for awhile if you choose to order in. The workers are also very unenthusiastic- I don’t need you to be over the top but they just aren’t even enjoyable to speak a few words to most of the time. It seems like all the employees really need to go through some etiquette training or something.
One positive thing about this location is there’s a good amount of outdoor seating for when it’s not appallingly hot or too chilly outside. Sitting inside it’s really loud. The parking is also a pain and crammed to find a spot so overall the experience at this Chipotle seems to be pretty lackluster. I wish there were another location closer to me than this one.

Ordered online, paid $20 for this and a large drink. The best thing about this experience was the taste of the food, it was fresh. The kids working were pretty snobby and talk to you like you’re stupid or something lol… It just wasn’t worth how much they charge period.

This was not a great or favorable experience. The bowl was messy and frankly to pay $12 for such a insufficient product was the worse. I could count on the pieces of cheese and lettuce. Ridiculous.
Customer service of food prepare was lacking… And that’s me being nice. The cashier was nicer. So there’s that.

I’m pretty sure cleaning steam tables with chemicals next to food is a health code violation. Specifically the well next to the regular chicken. Also, rice tastes like chemicals and kids quesadillas was packed with so much cheese my child couldn’t take it out of the wrapper. Sprite was out, (didn’t realize it until she tasted it when I got home). I did not get my guacamole in the bag and management made me feel as if I was trying to get something for free, I asked him would he like me to show him the bag since I did not exit the store yet. He declined.

I’m here to dispel any speculation: this CMG location is a step above the rest. Healthy serving sizes that don’t skimp on protein, super friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere that makes picking up lunch or dinner quite easy.

I got barbacoa as a protein. It had a lot of fat I couldn’t enjoy my meal because I couldn’t get passed that. Also, The restaurant has to do a better job of keeping the tables and chairs clean. The staff is friendly, but there is some minor improvements that can be made.

I don’t think that Chipotle is reading this post because if they do i can assure you that this location will have a new manager on charge, I love Chipotle but this particular location is extremely against customer service, rude and very unprofessional. Need to spend sometime in others location to learn about customer service, also PHONE DOESN’T LET YOU SPEAK WITH THEIR MANAGER ONSITE SO YOU CAN RAISE YOUR CONCERNS . . . DEFINITELY NO GO THERE IS OTHERS LOCATION MAY BE WITH A LITTLE BIT OF DRIVE BUT WILL BE A MORE PEOPLE SERVICE
