Excellent square pepperoni pizza. Definitely a Sicilian instead of a detroit style. It had a thick, softer, sponge like crust with a crispy exterior. Excellent sauce and quality toppings. A bit pricey but what isn’t nowadays. It’s a bit weird going in and not sure where the pizza pickup is but one of the brewery guys was helpful. I’d definitely buy again.

Incredible Sicilian style pizza. The spicy double pepperoni is well worth going out of your way for. This location is inside Great Notion, so you have a great selection of beers to go with the pizza.

When visiting Great Notion Brewery, you can order food via a kiosk for Pizza Thief. They are located in the same building. We ordered sandwiches and French fries. The sandwiches came with delicious crunchy chips. It was all really good. The food came out really quickly. The menu is limited, but the quality is great. Sicilian style pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and at least one dessert were options. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio.

A little too greasy for me, but it’s pretty comforting. Think I’d prefer it as a leftover and air fried. The grease was a little too much at times, to the point where it was almost salty. It worked best with the pepperoni.
Spicy double pepperoni ⭐⭐⭐⭐
– pretty good
– surprisingly liked this more than the mushroom
– the grease just worked better here bc of the pepperoni
Wildwood with fennel sausage ⭐⭐⭐✨
– thought I would like this more but the grease was too much
– frankly I might like this more after air frying it
Kale Caesar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
– loved it
– fresh kale

Can’t go wrong with pizza and beer. One of the best pizza I’ve had here in Portland. Spicy sweet with ricotta. An explosion of flavors on the palate. Not pictured here was the meatball sub which was absolutely fantastic. Great food with a great atmosphere. High recommend. Looking forward to returning soon!

Had lunch at Pizza Thief Great Notion location today as I do a couple times a week. Took 40 minutes to get my food. I love Great Notion beer but I’m done at this location. Counted 20 people in the place, can’t imagine the kitchen was that backed up. I have worked 25 years in the restaurant industry… If the order is going to take that long you need to let the customer know what’s going on.
Won’t be eating here again.

Had the “desayuno” slice for Portland pizza week and it was surprisingly great (I’m not usually a fan of chorizo/jalapeño on pizza). Super crispy, juicy, great size, and great flavor on the chorizo. Nice outdoor patio to munch at, and it’s connected to a brewery (with some great flavor beer/cider as well) so it’s overall a really nice spot. The only negative I can think of is the lack of scenery.

Jaron Hefner is a dork. Scottie’s is a completely different type of pizza. If you want thick Sicilian, then this place is good. There’s variety. It’s tasty and the portions are huge.
Someone also said that the pizza was too greasy and then said their favorite was the pepperoni, which is by far the greasiest topping imaginable.
Not everyone should have internet access.

Bar people hate to do anything that comes with the pizza place but yet the pizza place has no one up front. You can’t add like extra sauce at the tablet so you need to speak with them. My pizza didn’t get made the way I wanted because they refused to just go talk with the pizza people for me. The excuse was “idk how to do that I don’t really work at this location “ but besides that little interaction everything was half way decent. Just wish they would understand that the pizza place while being its own thing is part of their place as well

Only okay pizza. Go to Scottie’s if you want better pizza. Also note the hours say 9pm but the kitchen closes at 8:20 and it won’t let me suggest new hours on google. Chocolate chip cookie is good.
