It’s time for the health department to shut this location down! Absolutely filthy, with overflowing garbage cans in the kitchen and dining room, standing water on the kitchen floor which employees were walking around in, wet dirty floors in dining area, and filthy drink/utensil station. Decided not to consume the food here because this location poses a risk to public health. Will be filing a complaint with the local and state health departments!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disgusting and Unprofessional Experience
I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Chipotle before. This location is a complete disaster. The place was filthy — food smeared all over the counter line, rice and beans scattered on the floor, trash bins overflowing, and tables left dirty. It honestly looked like no one had cleaned anything all day.
The staff clearly couldn’t care less. They moved in slow motion, ignored customers, and didn’t bother listening to what was being ordered. Some of them were chewing gum with their mouths wide open while handling food — some with no gloves, no hairnets, nothing even close to basic hygiene standards. It was honestly gross.
It took forever just to get through the line, and by the time I got my food, I had completely lost my appetite from watching the chaos behind the counter.
Save yourself the time and the frustration — this location is absolutely awful. The management clearly doesn’t care, and the staff acts like they’d rather be anywhere else. Highly, highly not recommended.

Not sure what to expect, but we did not enjoy anything. We ordered two burritos and two bowls. No one finished those meals. The wrap was falling apart, wet, and the food tasted less. I could not believe how bad it was. I have had it before; it was great at other locations. This location missed the mark for different meals. Everyone had something different.

Great experience at Chipotle. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the overall quality of the food really stood out.
The staff were amazing—friendly, patient, and very accommodating. They took the time to make sure everything was made exactly how I wanted it. I also appreciated how generous the portions were, and the flexibility to ask for more or less of any item to customize the meal to my liking.
Overall, a very positive experience with great service and fresh, satisfying food. I’ll definitely be back.

honestly, i’ve been going to this chipotle for years and it hasn’t been too bad. the workers are usually very kind, especially a young woman with brown hair who has been there for awhile. she always treats me with kindness, however, today i picked up my mobile order and the other lady who gave it to me was EXTREMELY rude i asked for my order and she rolled her eyes, she didn’t even look at me and i asked for a cup and she made a super annoyed face. this was honestly really rude for me personally and im debating returning to this location. i also work as a customer service employee so i understand on most occasions, but this was very uncalled for and rude. please find new staff and train them better because this location will continue to loose customers due to this attitude.

Place my order in app, picked up my sealed bag which was labeled correctly, and got home to find someone else’s order inside my bag. The store was not busy and my order was not similar to the one placed in the bag, so I’m not sure how such a big mistake happened. This used to be my go to, but the last three times it wasn’t good. The rice was very mushy nothing tasted fresh the way it used to and they charged me for stuff I didn’t order and I didn’t notice until I got home. I actually paid for the lady’s order in front of me. Which I don’t know how that’s possible the way they ring things up…. ( i paid $4 more than i should have and they don’t have any coins so everyone is paying a little more than they should) but whatever, with so many food options in that area I’ll try something new. 🙁

First issue is no one speaks english which can be a problem ordering, another is everytime i come i have to argue with one particular lady about ordering a chicken quesadilla she insists there is no quesadilla only kids cheese and everytime i have to have someone tell her yes they do make the large ones. Again today even after being told by another worker yes she continued to argue with her as well. That’s the only item i order from numerous locations so i know they have them. Attitudes of most workers is horrible but a few are very nice and accommodating. This is actually the worst location of all I come to.

The best manager I have ever seen at Chipotle is named Daimarys. She genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service; she is very professional, attentive, kind, and always has a smile.
This level of service is not very common to find in restaurants belonging to this Chipotle chain. I highly recommend this restaurant. She is an outstanding person; you should keep an eye on her. She is a great employee and adds a lot of value.
