The service was great! And so was the Sweet Tea, I had to go to a different beverage dispenser to get it. But it was worth it! I got the classic double roast beef with extra cheese and some curly fries. The meat was a little bit hard, but other than that, very tasty!

Araceli at Arby’s is GOOD GOOD — seriously one of the best employees I’ve ever been helped by. She was super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. Her attitude was so positive and welcoming, and she made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Araceli definitely deserves recognition because she makes the place look great!

Despite how busy it was, they were able to get us in and out quickly. The dining area is big and also clean. They also got our food order correct for a party of 6, which was very helpful. I liked that they had screens that listed your order out, as you ordered (similar to a drive thru experience), so that you could see if they were getting the order correct. The sauce dispenser station is great. There were high chairs and also USB charging ports at every table (so handy!)

This place is routinely out of all their options. When you go in and can’t get anything but sides what’s the point. Roast beef is literally what they are named after and multiple times we have tried to stop here to eat and they have been out of roast beef. Today they were also out of chicken. Poor management of this location.

I am so disappointed, I told my partner they were fast so we wouldn’t have to wait long. Tell me why it was less than 5 minutes. My curly fries were cold and over cooked, My chicken bacon Swiss was cold cheese was not melted instead it looked congealed. My partners au jus was also cold. The only thing warm on his was the au jus. I’ve got photos. The strawberry milkshake was the only good thing.

Hubby and I stop by here almost every week traveling from Moab up to Utah county and I always look forward to the some great sandwiches and wraps…today I ordered the chicken cordon Bleu and was disappointed that the chicken piece wasn’t even as big as the bun, which my husband’s was! The gal at the counter couldn’t have cared less if we were there as normally service is pretty good! We were there about 12:45 on May 1st and it just seemed like the team was all angry at each other and the customers? I understand it’s tied to the trick stop and store but usually we feel totally welcome here. Today? Not so much…
