First time at this location. We stopped in for lunchtime. We were greeted promptly. All the staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered the single butter burger with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, fresh onion, and pickles. It was delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly. They had the perfect amount of seasoning and crunch. I always pair mine with the boom boom sauce. Also pictured is the four piece chicken finger basket. It was my first time trying the tenders. They were also cooked great. Crunchy outside, but not dried out on the inside. These are so good! This establishment is clean, and the bathrooms are clean as well. Great fast food place for this area. Will be back.

This was our 1st time ever eating Culvers after hearing how good it is. Wow! Everything was wonderful! We got a variety of things to try & every single item was delicious. Ordered online & picked up car side. Staff was great, friendly & calling out order for accuracy as she delivered. Hot & fresh. May be out new favorite fast food place.

I had better luck at this location off 92 than the other one off the same road. This one, out of the many times I’ve been, always gets my order correct. Food is always fresh and service is always friendly. Will be back more times in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised eating here. The service was great (the staff was friendly), the restaurant was clean and well organized, and the food was good. While the broccoli was meh and the fries okay, the fish was excellent. My children also gobbled up their food with no prodding.

Thank goodness we are familar with the Culver’s brand. If this visit would have been our first experience we would not be going back. We order Butter Burgers baskets & the burgers were cold.
I have never been to a Culver’s & received cold food. Not only that but the Cheese Curds were overcooked. Because of all the positive experiences we’ve had before this location won’t but our last visit to a Culver’s however we will not go to this location. If we were not travelling I’d take the food back & ask for refund. Unfortunately we ordered with the expectation that Culver’s maintained a standard across its’ franchises. It does not appear to be so in this case…horrible, simply horrible!

First time at a Culver’s. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained inside and out, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Food came out quickly and they have a huge variety of meals and desserts.
As for the food: the pretzel balls are delicious and you get a good sized portion. I had the single hamburger and it was not good at all. The patty was tiny and burned to a crisp. As far as value it’s about the same size as a Checkerburger but not as good. My wife had the spicy chicken sandwich and she said it was like a skinny chicken patty that was probably frozen food.
The sweet “fresh-made” tea was marginal tasting and not very fresh tasting.
We will probably return one more time due to the great staff and service, maybe the grill chef was having a bad or busy day. They were fairly crowded.
Recommend but definitely look at your food first.

Another great Culvers! Love that I can travel around the country and find a place that reliably has fresh food and good service. Cant say this for most any other burger joint, Culvers crushes everyone else. The servers that bring your food here go through the entire receipt to make sure you got everything you are supposed to, nice touch!

I ordered a bacon basket for $15 for my husband, which seemed pricey at first, but LaLa’s remarkable customer service made it a worthwhile experience. I will definitely return, as the service was excellent. Although Cartersville’s customer service has declined over the years, Culvers has set a new standard. Thank you, LaLa, for your outstanding service.

First of all, the worker saw our dog in the car and asked if we wanted a pup cup(: She gave us vanilla ice cream with peanut butter on top! Our doggie loved it. I ordered the large butterfly shrimp with chili cheese fries. Everything was so fresh and made to order. I love the lemon that is added in with the shrimp basket. Highly recommend!

First time trying this place and went through the drivethru the lady was very rude and would let me finish ordering before overtaking me gave me my drink with coke pouring out the lid, order 3piece cod dinner and had to pull around back and after 10 min they bring my order and my order was wrong drove back thru explained what happen they said keep the food and we will fix the order then a young girl came out and asked for the wrong food back 5 mins later I got my food and was very disappointed with it bearly any fries and the cob was soggy I would not spend my money here again!!!!! Very sad how the customer service was!
