Typically I go to the drive through mainly for breakfast if needed. They are never consistent with how the food is made and they are not the quickest with their service. I mean if you need to learn how to make an English Muffin just learn. It should not always be burndt. A little buttery crust is fine but it should not be black at all.

Worst McD in the area. No one speaks English apparently. Had to repeat myself 5 times to get order correct. Also they cannot count. There were 2 sauces in the bag but they kept saying there were 6. So math is not their forte. Then my hamburger was falling out of the wrapping paper..
The lady at the drive thru pick up window was wearing a hajib and she could not for the life of me understand what was saying. They refused to give me my sauce that should’ve came with my order/Nuggets. Super rude. Nasty girl.
I know it’s fast food but you are still in service industry.

I came to the McDonald’s to get some food and the representative took the order of the vehicle in front of mine and then proceeded to ignore my vehicle for 15 minutes at the drive-through then when I came to the window, he first did not want to answer then he said we’re closed Then when I asked, what time did he close he said I don’t know when I asked his name he said I don’t know. Photo is attached of representative. This is unacceptable behavior and I’m noticing a pattern of discrimination at this establishment. Upon driving around I noticed customers inside the lobby area being served by McDonald’s representatives. I will be back tomorrow to report this formally and escalate this to corporate.

You think that number five with an extra hash brown would be easy but they gave me an egg and cheese bagel with two hashbrowns when I got to work I discovered the fault drove back up there explained what happened. The lady handed me a bag me being stupid I didn’t check my order when I get back to work. I have a steak, egg and cheese bagel not a bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle. Please hire somebody who speaks and understands English.

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I had placed my order and told the cashier I only wanted the cheeseburgers with only ketchup and cheese. I always pay attention to my receipt to make sure my orders were placed correctly. I notice immediately that the order was wrong ask for the person to fix it. The cashier I’ll tell them in the back. I go sit in the dining table when I hear the manager yelling at me across the counter that next time I should order my food correctly because they cannot be fixing it afterwards. I got up to tell her that what she did was not ok yelling at me. I kept saying excuse me and she kept going into the back of the kitchen. I ask the cashier can I get a refund because that situation was unacceptable. She never came and I heard the gentlemen asking the manager ANA to come fix the situation. I wanted for more than 10 minutes and I heard someone yell she isn’t getting a refund because we made her food. I waited for a bit longer and she never came back. I will sue this mcdonalds for having aggressive behavior working in this environment. she did not have to yell at me for a mistake they made. Not only that the you g short Hispanic young lady look at me and roll her eyes at me and completely ignore me. I understand food industry is fast paced but why work at a place to yell at the people who give your job business.

This McDonald’s lacks the bare basic of any food industry. I went inside to pick up my mobile order and I was IGNORED 3 times. Somehow a lady comes out, looks straight at me, and walks back in?!? I’m clearly standing in the pick up order area while there is a line at the register and everyone is just waiting? Is Mcdonald now McPatiences? How is this a food establishment if there is no attention to customers or time when food is getting cold, customer getting impatient, and the place is nearly always pact? And how is this place always staffed but I’m getting my orders wrong? This isn’t McDonalds anymore, this is MCWRONG.

My experience this time was very good thanks to the afternoon/night shift supervisor, Ana. I brought up some issues we had with one of the employees and other situations, and she listened with respect and professionalism, assuring me she would take action. I was originally planning to leave a negative review, but her excellent attention completely changed my mind. Ana truly represents the company in the best way, acting exactly as a supervisor should—or even better. I would just like to mention that it’s very important for all employees to wear name tags so customers can identify them, whether to report a problem or to give them well-deserved recognition.

This branch is terrible — the manager is useless and has a bad attitude. The cashier is also an awful person to deal with; they don’t even smile at people. They should get rid of that despicable manager — the worst I’ve ever seen in my life.
