I came in at a busy time, but the employees were still so professional and cheerful, and I got my food in a timely manner. However, there was some sort of management looking over the employees shoulders, and yelled in their faces right in front of me, and the poor worker turned around after that to talk to me with tears in their eyes to finish taking my order. The food and service was honestly good if not excellent despite that, but I was left with an awful taste in my mouth having witnessed that interaction. That should not happen, was not constructive at all, and most of all should NOT have happened at all, much less in front of a customer like that. Those poor teenagers were doing such a great job and were so cheerful (EVEN through tears), but whoever that manager was ruined my experience

Love this place! Zupas always has healthy delicious food and warm and inviting atmosphere. I tried the Dubai brownie cup. It was delicious I devoured it before I could get a picture. I felt like the lady who made it did a great job. It looked just like the pictures and tasted even better. She wasn’t making it skimpy which was nice since it’s expensive so I didn’t even mind. So thank you to the cashier who made this delicious snack.

Best brisket grilled cheese that I have ever had. (1st one too) went here around Valentine’s Day so they had a special love cup, (strawberries, Nutella, chocolate with hazelnuts on top), OMG, it was delicious!!

This place is phenomenal! They greeted me upon arrival. I got their names too because I want to recognize their great service: Kevin, Mary and Mandy. I felt like they were eager and ready to serve me, even just minutes before closing. Mandy, was excited, recognized me and made my food joyfully! She was awesome. I’m definitely coming back. I love Thi’s vegan chicken sandwich and chipotle glazed salad. I’m stuffed just from eating the sandwich! And the best part of the meal was the chocolate dipped strawberry to top it off! I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

I’ve been to a couple of Zupas in salt lake and Utah county but the service here is by far the best. Ive started going out of my way to go to this one because the people that work there are nice and welcoming. They always make my food exactly like I like it and they pay attention! There’s a guy there named Kevin, and he’s always smiling genuinely and is happy to help. He seems happy to be there and that’s kind of nice and makes the experience more enjoyable! On top of that it’s clean and the restaurant gets some dishes you can only get at their test center which is here has a pretty park behind it if you want to take your food there after too!

Busy place with the hospital and Costco right across the street. The food is fresh and hot and really good. Big variety of soups, sandwiches and salads. Everything always comes with a roll and a chocolate covered strawberry. Cafeteria style ordering at the counter.

I got the Mexicali protein bowl today. I love how fresh and natural the ingredients are that Zupas uses! The pork is fresh and tastes like a roast just pulled from the oven. Vegetables are crisp and full of flavor and I love that they have a sea salt grinder and pepper grinder at every table. I also got the fresh infusion orange and strawberry juice with honey. The flavor is so subtle and lightly sweet. Love it!
Now for the location…I have nothing but great things to say… Very clean and well maintained. Light and airy atmosphere with large windows on all sides of the dining area and large enough that even with the dinner crowd, it doesn’t feel crowded.
The servers are very friendly and efficient. I felt like the line moved forward quickly with very little wait.

I LOVE ZUPAS! If you love a satisfying meal that makes you feel good, you will too! This location is easy to get to with plenty of parking all around. I love to get the try 2 combo for $10. I love to get the California chicken chop with ranch and the turkey bacon avocado on wheat. It also comes with a roll and chocolate dipped strawberry. If you get a drink, try one of their infusions! I usually mix it with sprite! My husband gets the steak and cheese sandwich with a BBQ chicken salad!
