I get a box of pretzels from time to time for work. They’re always a high quality soft pretzel, great flavor, consistently cooked and fresh! Great place to grab a thank you for business’s, or any work function or party. The pretzel wrapped sausages are tasty, and have a nice kick of heat to them, as well. I’ve also picked them up on time, with friendly service!

I always enjoy the taste of Philly Pretzel Factory soft pretzels. I got the 5 for 5.00 which is a very good deal. Because they were near closing my pretzels were not warm. That was my only disappointment. Service was courteous and quick!

Ordered 5 Pretzels. All 5 were black on the bottom. I asked the kind folks behind the counter about it and they said all their Pretzels were that way; that’s just how they are made. I won’t be going back.
