Been going here for years. Place is always great, staff super friendly and accommodating and food and portions are perfect. Got the small fried shrimp plate and it was delicious. A must go to place for seafood if you’re anywhere near Fayetteville.

We visited Peaden’s for the first time tonight on a whim. We were very pleased with the great food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. Ernest and Jenna were wonderful. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a great night out to dinner.

We go to Peaden’s almost every Wednesday after church and we absolutely love the staff, owners, and food. I love that the food is fresh and made right when we get there to chow down when we get home.
We are obsessed with the clam strips, hush puppies and house tartar and cocktail!
So thankful for this awesome place!

I was disappointed after hearing how great this place is with lines out the door and wrapped around the building. I found the food to be very mediocre. Flounder was dry, shrimp were frozen not fresh with little flavor and chewy. The stuffed crab are pre bought frozen. The baked beans were pork and beans with ketchup and brown sugar added. Green beans can be full of strings. The hush puppies were good. I did not try the BBQ and can only hope that is the draw for this place because the seafood was definitely not up to par. Our witness Myra was great, and on top tea refills. Would not recommend nor go back.

They have the best barbecue in hush puppies in town. They’re sweet tea is really good. The waitresses are all young teenagers from schools. But you won’t be disappointed if you like Chicken and seafood and barbecue. The atmosphere is chill. They use paper products for everything. Your chicken and barbecue place around about 10.99.
Great food, service and atmosphere. Seafood on the other hand is more on the pricey side. Take out is a little slow to.
Parking is good and a lot with handicap.
Lots of space. The Fried chicken and barbecue and sweet tea top tier.
The waitresses are really sweet too

I got the flounder plate with hush puppies and baked beans. The flounder was not seasoned at all. Hushpuppies were soft and good, baked beans were good. I had been before a few years back. It was the same then.

If you’re looking for above average food and a quiet, country setting, this is a good place to go. The parking can be somewhat challenging but you are normally met at the door with friendly hellos and quickly sat at a wooden, old style table. The food comes out quick (if you like your fish fried hard, you may want to ask). They are probably the closest to the Midwest catfish that I am used to-no swai here thankfully! Sides are typical baked potatoes, fries, coleslaw, baked beans etc. I would love for them to add like steamed veggies or actual beans to the menu. Gigi was our most recent server and she was super attentive and personable. I stopped by the bathroom before I left out and it was very clean and had immediately hot water, definitely a good sign for me. Overall, will continue to go and would recommend for others.

I’ve been going here since I was in high school. Been away for a few years and recently moved back home. The food is as fantastic as I remember. I gave 4 stars because the portions have become super small and the prices have become super expensive.
With that being said, Peaden’s won’t be the weekly family gathering place like before, just a once in a while place.

Catfish has bones in it which was unexpected and the fried shrimp wasn’t deveined. Also the seasoning of the breading wasn’t that great. Was disappointed since this place was always packed. Nice service and food was timely for take out.
