The hostess was awesome. The server was decent. The food was not good. Started with appetizers. I love bloomin onions, not this one. They didnt let the oil drain from it, so it was swimming in oil. Not my issue, it was the taste of old oil that had my stomach rolling. Then the trio appetizer came. The fries were raw barely cooked. My 10 loved the mozzarella sticks and her drink. Then our meals came out. Not one of the burgers were seasoned, just not flavor. The fries were again raw. It was just not what I expected from this place. Maybe it was an off night, but I will spend my 100 somewhere else.
Oh and not to forget, they put a game console thing on the table to pay your bill, it also has games on it. That is a 3 dollar charge on your bill for it.

Absolutely horrid. Who takes a whopping 40 minutes to cook a salmon? , floor was dirty also and looked like it had animal or human waste on the floor.
Also being realistic as someone who’s traveled to Sydney Australia this is nothing like the real food there, idk what it is with these southern restaurants playing cringy dress up. Do better

Great food, very responsive waiters, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The Alice Springs chicken was amazing. We loved the complementary bread loaf, what a bonus! It was soft and warm and nice side of butter to boot. My husband had the grilled shrimp on the Barbie, it was a very generous amount of tasty shrimp. We will be returning!

Starting from the jump, the hostess opened the door for us and greeted us with a warm smile. My server Yasmine was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was very attentive. As a former server I admired how she attended to ALL of her guests and NEVER failed to check in on us. I would also like to shout out the teamwork at this location. The runner brought us fresh hot food from the kitchen that tasted amazing. I know what an important role that is and how the customer experience depends on it. The manager checked in DURING the meal and that was refreshing. Everything we ordered exceeded expectations so shout out to the kitchen staff as well.

The most tender and marshmallowy Fillet Mignon I’ve ever had melt in my mouth easy on the stomach but woof does it wallop the wallet would eat here more if I were rich.

Alex, the shift manager, came over to apologize that they did not have the Shark that went into their specialty drink. I ordered the Shark and the Platypus drinks. As we were chatting I was telling her I was collecting their items and she asked which I had….when I told her the two others (now three with the Platypus) she asked if I had all of the duck colors and the kangaroo. Not realizing the other Koala Duck colors I was in shock! She brought me the others I was missing all to make up for the Shark!!!!!
While our steak was a bit more medium rare than rate everything else was TOP NOTCH!

Outback and Carrabba’s are owned by the same parent company. We love the fact that you can spurge at either of these restaurants because they both have some great specials. The limited time steak and lobster special, Tuesday only, caught our attention so we came to this beautiful location. Everything was great except the timing on our entrees was off. The simple salmon was fine but the steak and lobster was not warm enough. I had to send the steak back to warm it up and get it to the desired level of medium rare plus and then it came out well done. The staff and managers were great and asked how everything was but I didn’t complain. The complimentary bread is always good, salads were excellent and one baked potato was great the other wasn’t. For the price I would gladly comeback but we may order our entrees separately. Update Aug 2024 We went back in for a weekday lunch and it was perfect. The fried mushrooms and horseradish were delicious. Wonderful service at the bar! At these prices I couldn’t ask for anything more! Update Sep 2024 We still love the value and the food! Some items are not great choices like the prime rib sandwich. It’s not a good value, the meat is skimpy and still contains gristle and fat that I would normally cut off a piece of prime rib. Just opt for the prime rib dinner instead. Also the scallops were tough and not appetizing in the pasta dish but the grilled shrimp was sweet, succulent and perfect!

I finished showing my rental house and stopped at Outback Steakhouse for an early supper. Robert N. Hoff and I shared The Chimichurri Filet. It came with chimichurri sauce and onion petals. For our two sides we did macaroni and cheese and loaded potato. Desert Chocolate from down under. Yum Yum.

I’d like to personally think the manager Erik and the staff for giving us a redeeming experience. Going above and beyond to show us how much they care about the quality of their food but also their customer satisfaction. The lobster was great and surprisingly the side salad was one of the best I ever had.

My family and many others thoroughly enjoy coming to Outback and enjoying great food and gathering and fellowship. We came in tonight and through the entire time we were there we saw our waitress maybe 8 times (including when not even interacting with our table), which during a full meal ( we ordered appetizers, drinks; and full meals)…..seems quite off from the norm. The other staff were consistently checking on their tables, helping each other. I went without a refill for over 10 minutes and that was until a staff member (not our waitress) checked on us. When my steak came out it was very medium well, I asked for medium rare… the mistake was fixed (even though the rest of the table was basically done with their food by the time my second try came). That is very lame. In addition to that the side of fries that came with my order would be considered a small fry in most establishments. The reason “excuse” was that they are plated by the handful and “small hands” might have been the reason. Really Outback? Get a scoop or something where your kitchen can be consistent. Your food is not cheap cost wise for the consumer, you need to be sure to give the customer at least a fair amount compared to the meal cost and what the menu states! Though our waitress only had two tables including us, that doesn’t excuse the lack of customer service we were shown. And the survey that comes up on the screen literally showed for maybe 10-15 seconds and cut off before I could give a review. Definitely not the usual experience of going to Outback. Hopefully it won’t be like that again!
