I ordered two footlongs online but when I started to eat mine I noticed half of the things I ordered on it wasn’t even there! I wasn’t going to complain as a family member ate it instead but when i started to eat half of the other there was a hair in the bread! I called twice and got no answer! This is disappointing! I won’t be coming back to this location ever again!

Worse subway ever. The employees literally openly show hatred and irritation towards customers every visit. I concurred with other reviews. They hate you more if you use a national coupon. Had my sandwich pickup obviously sabotaged with so much salt to the point it was not edible. Also started rejecting coupons online. I was given the evil eye just picking up my order. Will never return. I would drive miles and miles to another subway rather than 1 mile to this one.

The staff that put my sandwich together needed to restock (no issue) but left his gloves on when he went and opened the cooler and grabbed new meat and kept said gloves on as he handled the new meat…then with same gloves covered in raw meat handled the veggies and wrapping it up…cross comination all over the freezing and veggies from him nit hanging his gloves…last I knew staff was suppose to remove gloves when leaving their spot as well as change them when moving to a different station.

I asked the lady if I could have fresh bread and she grabbed the 6inch bread and said it was fresh so she made my SW and I went to pay and she didn’t even offer my drink cup cause I had a coupon for 6inch and drink so went home to eat my SW and the bread just crumbles as if it was toasted I was soooo pissed because I asked her for fresh bread and she gave me dried up bread I can’t say I will never go there cause there is this nice guy that works there we had asked for fresh bread and we got fresh bread

Service was horrible. There was two ladies working when I walked in to pick up my catering order. Neither of them greeted me, just looked at me and looked away. I can get past that but when I asked to order two salads in addition to the catering order, they both sighed. When ordering the salads I had to wait for the people I was ordering for to respond to me about toppings. The woman making my order noticeably did NOT like having to wait (even though there was no one else in there waiting to order). She accidentally messed up the meat on the salads. When I asked for chicken to just be on both of them the women blantally rolled her eyes. I told her the meats got switched so that’s why I am asking for chicken on both. She just annoyingly sighed and turned around to get chicken. Didn’t offer to remake the first one even after I just told her she made it incorrectly. She proceeded to angrily make the salad.
I am a very understanding person when it comes to the food industry as I was a server for 5 years but her behavior was inappropriate if you ask me. Extremely rude. Seems to me like those two women just don’t like when people give them service. They lost a customer in me and after reading other reviews seems to me they need get some new employees in there that actually treat their paying customers kindly. A simple smile from either of them would have made my experience better.

Customer service there is terrible. We even ordered online to avoid being in line. 5 meals, asked for drink carriers and was told no, as he was looking at the broken down soda machine. Why wouldn’t you tell me that prior to ordering…as in, you can only get bottles etc. Also, explaining the issie once there would’ve worked too. The two working just couldn’t be bothered. We won’t be back.

The old man there, he needs to get fired. Subway reviews are low rating and talk about him. He is very rude and doesn’t like his job. Worst costumer service from him. Doesn’t even make the food right and they didn’t even thaw the avocados. On top of that they had no tomatoes, what is going on here.
