Ms. Linda brought my food to the car and she was just the sweetest. She asked how to pronounce my name and then told me to have a blessed day and that she couldnt wait to see me again. On top of all of that the spicy chicken sandwich had to be made.for.God him self. It was juicy fresh and DELICIOUS. I would definitely comeback for the food but also my new little friend Ms. Linda!!!!!

What was once a reliable and delicious spot in Collierville has changed gears and now consistently disappoints. While the food remains amazing, the quality of service has entered a free fall. I the last 6 months every single time we’ve ordered here, the order had been wrong, or even completely forgotten. Recommend accepting the extra drive time and going to a different location if it’s feasible. Or just accept that it’ll take more than one attempt to get everything you’ve ordered.

I eat here about 3 times a week; it’s the only fast food place I like. I have never had a bad experience here. Drive through is long, but it moves quickly. Food is always exceptional, and you couldn’t ask for better, more friendly service. I love the place!

Not sure what’s going on at this location, but I never used to worry about getting the correct condiments I requested. Now, for the past 4 times, I’ve not gotten the dipping sauces or dressings I asked for and it’s frustrating. This was the one fast food restaurant where I never had to look inside my bag before leaving and now I do.

Better than fast food. The taste is good. They use good quality chicken and have great fries. I always enjoy this fast-food place. I don’t go to many fast-food places. But I’ll always pick Chick-fil-A over any other fast food place.

I love chick fil a but this place is the exception. Worst quality food out of all locations in Memphis. Especially the chick n minis, always come destroyed in the box with terrible chicken and stale bread. Go somewhere else, save your money

It was small inside, not usually expected, but the service was great, of course. Parking around the building is only for online orders, so we had to park just a little further away in the lot. It’s not too bad of a walk, honestly.
I ordered dine in on the app, sat down, and only took at least 4 minutes to get my food. employees were very attentive and polite.
