Tried to order a pizza and wings for dinner they were way overpriced and they wanted to charge a delivery fee. So I said no thank you so she offered me a deal for a pickup. It was not even located at the original store it was a call center that was taken the order. We ordered a medium thin crust pizza and an order of wings. When I went and picked it up it felt like a box of air when I got it home the wings were cold the pizza was cold. They are way overpriced and when I arrived to pick up the pizza all of the workers ignored me until I finally said excuse me I’m here to pick up a pizza

This is a good one. Been getting pizza from this location for years and haven’t had an issue once. Delivery is usually fast so you won’t get cold pizza! The managers and workers are nice and understanding assuming you don’t talk down to them the way some of the entitled locals do.

Never again. Their customer service at this store is horrendous. The manager Mary is very arrogant and very cocky. I tried to place an order online. And they took money off my card three times. It came to over a 105.00. I called to have it resolved to be hung up. I will absolutely be calling corporate about this issue. This is a second time that domino’s on ashland road has stolen from me. There will not be a third. I will also report this issue bbb. Times are hard enough for people in the world. Without people like this. This lady Mary should not be working with the public. She’s very rude and immature. I will never spend money at the store again. They should be ashamed. I called a second time spoke to another manager who told me they would refund 40.00 I guess I’m supposed to be happy for 40. Which I never even received plus the amount you took was 105.00. What the hell? I ordered Dominoes. When it was delivered, I got a phone call from this “delivery driver” talking about “No one answered the door so I left it on the porch.” IT WAS NEXT DOOR on their porch – not even the right house. GPS takes you directly to our house. Beware of this “delivery driver” named Courtney. Who does that? She didn’t even give the option of delivering it to the correct house.
