Wow… have not been to this McDonald’s in over 8 years. Beautiful. I witnessed an outstanding staff member helping a customer with the kiosk machine. He was struggling and she helped him out with love and compassion. I had ordered in the app. Great Tasting Big Mac meal was made. I still cannot get over how wonderful she was helping this man out. Fantastic job to this staff member. Fun play area for the kids.

This location must be mismanaged or not good training. Last week I came and fire alarm was going off and someone outside said the fire department already left but might be 2 hours to shut it off, so I went elsewhere.
Then today they put my inside order to pick up at the counter on the mobile app in a McDelivery bag instead of the normal bag and was trying to tell the woman working since it been ready for about 10 mins and never called it out (since probably thinking it’s a driver coming instead of inside dining) but she totally ignored me. Then later she re-bagged it, already somewhat cold burger and still pickle and onions. 30 minutes for a simple order.
Could have just gave me the items I already paid for in the wrong bag, not like it makes a big difference. No apology, Wendy’s has much better customer service. Fries also felt a little soggy, idk if grease, hoping no one spit in it instead of admitting their mistake. For sure wasn’t a happy meal tonight. There was 3 DoorDash or Uber Eats drivers with a long wait too, some delivery driver was getting a little annoyed and loud with them, and sounded like 2 workers were arguing in the back over something else. Maybe I’m just too nice and should have yelled for attention too.

Zero stars for service. On 2/21 around 7:40 the guy working the drive through was extremely rude. We were ordering 4 breakfast sandwiches and he interrupted my wife and said “Whoa that’s a lot of food.” He then said ” Why don’t you just order 300?” When we got to the window he started complaining again saying ” that’s a huge order….” And he continued complaining and ranting. Maybe it’s best not to put the most disgruntled employee in the most customer service focused position. We’ll never return to this location.

When ever I go to McDonals’s, I marvel at how this one chain store has changed the way Americans eat meals. This is an amazing story. And they keep growing. You would think with all the negative press and the healthy eating movements they would shrink in size. But I am a customer on this day. So are so many other’s.

I’ve never had any actual complaints about this McDonalds. It’s clean inside and everything works and tastes good. Sometimes, it’s a bit slow, but it’s understandable given the staffing and how many jobs they have the employees do simultaneously. Definitely a pretty solid location

I will start off by saying the staff was friendly. However, we went through the drive thru and had the worst experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We went at around 9 pm on a Friday night. Between the window where we paid and where we were supposed to pick up our food we waited 10 minutes. Once we were at the pick up window we waited another 10 minutes. The worker at the window apologized and said they were just waiting for a few more food items and then asked if we could drive forward, park and wait there for our food. We waited another 10-15 minutes parked and no one brought our food out. I had to walk inside where I waited another 10 minutes before I was able to ask a worker about an update on our food. They went to the back and asked about our order to one of the people preparing our food. It seemed like they had forgotten our order and forgotten about us waiting for our order just parked outside. Overall it took over 40 minutes from ordering our food to receiving our food. It seemed like a lot of people were waiting and that they may be understaffed. Regardless, if you’re looking for fast food, don’t come here.

Most McDonald’s seem to just be playing generic, and sometimes the manager forgets to emphasize cleanliness. McDonald’s food is the same; nothing is really unique. But I do appreciate how clean the play places are, and it just makes it a little bit easier for my son to play so he can have a good time.

Let me just start off by saying, all I ordered was a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, with a diet coke for the drink. The food I received was a 10 piece chicken nugget box (congrats there) with a dr pepper and that is it. I was supposed to get barbecue sauce but I got ketchup instead. No fries in sight. Overall a very disappointing experience. I would go to a different McDonald’s, if you are thinking of eating here.

Shitty experience TWICE. Go to any other one than this location. Literally wanted some food and fries and wanted to redeem my birthday free item reward. The guy said “it doesn’t apply to fries” lol. But on my app it’s giving me a list. So I tried to get clarification on what other products it does actually apply for—he says “cheeseburgers and mcspicy but not the fries. And I asked other options and he said “the problem is idk”.
