I ordered breakfast from here and had it delivered thru doordash. Chick fil A sent the wrong item. Instead of a hashbrown scramble bowl with nuggets, they sent a small piece of grilled chicken along with the 2 chicken biscuits that I ordered. Chick fil A wasnt willing to help correct their mistake when I called them twice about the error. Instead, they had me go thru Doordash, in which Doordash gave me a refund. However, the problem wasnt solved because I was still without part of my order and I wasnt willing to pay another delivery fee for Chick fil A error.

I stopped by Chick-fil-A recently, and the guy who took our order — Judah — was absolutely amazing! He was super polite, friendly, and made the whole experience so positive. He took our order carefully and even had the best attitude while doing it. You can tell he really enjoys his job and cares about the customers. I highly recommend!

It’s proper etiquette to not sit in the mobile thru lane while placing an order. It’s meant for you to place your order beforehand and quickly pick up. It’s also very rude to have the staff member working the regular drive thru lane to roll her eyes and tell me to wait a minute after I’ve already waited 3 for the person ahead of me to move up ahead when there was no one in front of them. I over heard the staff members conversation with that person, and the staff member allowed them to continue placing an order while parked in front of the QR code in the mobile thru lane. Ridiculous!

Went through the drive thru as we were traveling. Everyone is thoughtful, polite, and swift. I swear Chick fil A employees could run the world.

I had ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and instead I got a sandwich with no chicken at all with an additional two pieces of bread.

My recent trip to Chick-fil-A was quite pleasant, garnering a solid 4 out of 5 rating from me. The only hiccup that led me to deduct a star was the absence of self-serve condiments, which I found a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, the food itself was delicious, as expected, and the staff’s unwavering support added to the positive experience. As always, Chick-fil-A’s team was attentive and friendly, making the visit enjoyable. It was heartening to see the well-maintained plants around the store, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. In summary, my Chick-fil-A experience scored high in terms of taste, staff interaction, and ambiance. The only minor drawback was the lack of easily accessible condiments. Nonetheless, I left with a satisfied appetite and the intention to return.

Mobile thru is my go to for this location because it stays packed for the drive thru line. Food was great and came out in a timely manner. Noah was the kindest! My favorite cfa location in Augusta.

I ordered ahead about five minutes early for chicken biscuits and used the express drive-through line. Despite that, I ended up waiting around 13 minutes while several cars that hadn’t ordered ahead passed me. When I finally got to the window, I was told to pull up and wait even longer. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead and using the special “express” line was to get my food faster—but that clearly wasn’t the case.

I’ll start off by saying with 4 kids I get the opportunity to visit Chick-fil-A way more than I’d like to admit LOL. With that said, we are locals to North Augusta area. We were in Grovetown for a soccer tournament and of course kiddos wanted their Chick-fil-A. We ran thru the drive thru and ordered 5 meals. We ask for no pickles on our sandwiches because when we take them to go the bread gets soggy. We asked for a container of pickles, and we got a small plastic ramekin with 2 pickle slices. We asked for extra pickles, explained that we have five meals to add them to. And we were told we couldn’t have anymore. We offered to pay, and we’re still told NO to pickles. I have never been treated this way at ANY Chick-fil-A. We were going to run in and request to speak to a manager but we had to arrive on time to our tournament. Needless to say, so very disappointing when your favorite restaurant, with “the best customer service” let you down. So so disappointing!
