Really depends on who is working and time of the day if you get a good coffee. Morning crew normally zero issue, late afternoon very hot and miss lately, The ones that made sure it was done right were let go. We have been going here for a long time and today was the last straw, got all the way home to find out we had warm milk no coffee, Drove all the way back and the short girl working had such a nasty attitude, If I had The owners number I would call her. Not sure if we will go back.

Came in on a busy Sunday. There were 3 young girls working. And they did a wonderful job, balancing jobs from drive thru to lobby orders. They were very polite, and food was fresh and delicious.

I visit this establishment 1 to 2 times a day. Lately they can’t seem to make my drink correctly and when I come back in to let them know they give you an attitude like it’s my fault. I drink the same type of coffee every time I go, sometimes they forget to actually put coffee in my drink then I end up with just mocha and milk. I also ask for no whip, but they decide to give it to me anyway. I ask for skim milk but sometimes they give me whole milk which my stomach can’t handle. There are a couple girls that have been working there for awhile that know what they are doing and they always get it right and are always polite, but you have a few bad eggs.

I like to handle things with management before going online but since I was there on Thursday 7/17 and asked for the manager to call me regarding the situation since the girl who was in charge that day could not tell me a time to reach the manager. I visit pretty close to once a week but after the 4th visit in a row with a problem I figure I would bring it to their attention. The staff member who I spoke to had no cares that they have now made a simple bagel sandwich wrong both of the last 2 times ordered and twice in a 3 week time frame unable to make a drink that they could simple be solved by going to get the ingredient from the store just on the other side of the parking lot. This was turned around on me being the bad guy for have a solution to a problem. Also I was told that manger would tell me the same thing she said.

Staff is very rude and short with people seemed annoyed she had to do her job! We miss our regular barista I wish I knew her name . But she is a very nice blond girl you and always smiling and very pleasant. We stop here every morning on the way to work.

This used to be my go to spot for coffee. It’s the closest one to me. But now I purposely avoid coming here. They used to make a lot of money from just my orders.
The people that work here are kind and hardworking, but whoever the owner is very stingy. She purposely makes sure that coupons are not placed out so that people don’t pick them up. You have to ask for a coupon on your own and when you do ask for a coupon, your told that you can’t use it until the next time you come in….but I’m never offered a coupon unless I remember to ask, which I don’t think is the norm. How the owner conducts her business doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. Every other Biggby I go to does not have this type of stingy policy in place. They go above and beyond to make sure they treat their customers well, and not just as dollar signs. I literally used to spend at least 8 dollars a day here,that’s over 200 dollars a month! But now I only come here if I’m in a serious bind, and with Starbucks inside of Krogers, I won’t even be doing that anymore.

While it’s nice for the community that this location hires high school kids to work there, it would be advised to maybe train them to do their job. Today there were 3 high-school aged girls working by themselves with no supervision. Our entire order was wrong, and there was no resolve. Also, it seems odd that the coffee beans they sell to grind for the bulk coffee taste nothing like the biggby coffee you buy preground. It makes me wonder if they’re selling cheap bulk beans and passing it off as actual Biggby coffee? I don’t know if this is the case, but I can tell you that the “Biggby Best” you buy at this location tastes nothing like the “Biggby Best” you buy in the Biggby bags preground.
It’s really unfair to the young people working here that they don’t get the proper training. It’s not their fault, it’s poor management!

My husband and I stopped here to relax and refresh after a 14 mile bike ride on a nearby path. The place was clean, the employees friendly helpful, the drinks very good. I had my typical iced coffee, and my husband a mocha latte. If you like this review, please click on the Helpful button.
