I have put off going here because I’d heard so many negative reviews and how “expensive” it was. I went with group for lunch and all four of us enjoyed it. We all got hamburgers and thought they were great. Food was fresh and well prepared. Burgers all came with sides of fries served in cute single-serve fry baskets. Price for our burgers with fries ranged from $10-12. Decor was nice and our server was friendly. All of us said we would go back. A good place to go if you’re looking for a tasty hamburger.

This place makes the best burgers around. Seriously. And I’ve had a lot of burgers. This was THE best burger I have ever had. I just had a plain-Jane cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo and it was outstanding. The wait was a *little* long, but I didn’t mind. Server was wonderful. It *is* a little pricey, for burgers, but it was worth it. ($10-$15 burgers. Fries extra.) Oh, the fries were really good too. Tasted like freshly-cut, like fair fries.

Really really good burgers. Very interesting and unique concept. Good spot for lunch sitting at the bar but the inside looks set up like a new york club/lounge. Only downside is the prices are a little steep but youre getting what you pay for. Freshly ground beef, literally as soon as you order it. You can even watch!

Horrible service from the kitchen. I came with 13 other people for my friend’s birthday and the food and drinks took forever. Everyone in the group got their food before me, even one that canceled her order and then reordered. My burger never came out. When I asked for the manager, he took forever to come talk to me. I had to tell a server to tell him that since they forgot my food, how about I forget to pay this check? He came out after that and said the kitchen was having severe issues and my food would be free. As all the bills were handed out, they were all wrong. Then I received a bill, when my food was supposed to be free. This place needs help, seriously. Oh, I heard from the rest of my party that the burgers were good, but I wouldn’t know.

The service and the burger were very good , but it was very pricey. It is not upscale enough to charge 11.00 for a burger and the try to charge extra for fries. It also took 20 minutes to get our order even though the place was almost empty.

Had the wagyu beef burger, what a joke. Burger was ordered medium and it came out WELL and very DRY- thankfully the bacon, avocado and extra cheese I added made it somewhat edible without the bun. Told management and all they did was remove the 4 dollar wagyu up charge off of a 20 dollar burger- the burger should have been removed from the bill. I could have easily gotten a better burger at Wendy’s for a quarter of the price. On the plus side- service was acceptable. However it is sad and embarrassing when a place called “GrindBurger” fails at making it’s only entree and then won’t own up to it. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Edit: As of 4/12/16- they are permanently closed, as evidenced by the two “Space Available” signs in the window.

Summer 2015?- Went with the family one night, looking for something new. It’s very similar to B Spot, but seems to have more options with regards to burger styles, add-ons, sides and milkshakes. Plus, they do use wagyu beef if requested. Anyway, we walked in- the decor was nice. Had a very modern feel to it. I hesitate to use the word “Hipster” because I hate that term. I would call it more at the upper end of “mid-level” restaurant decor. The chandeliers with the upside-down wine glasses was pretty cool. There was a nice lounge area on one side. The other was the eatery, but was a little sparsely decorated for my taste- just a brick wall. It needed something. It’s also a little dark, but not so bad that you can’t see what you’re eating.

The food was quite good. We tried some appetizers- the sauerkraut balls (a little salty but came with a side of ranch dip which helped a bit) and the candied/fried bacon (served with maple syrup). I got an Aria Burger and split a side of truffle fries. Both were excellent. I was very happy to note that they did not overdo it with the truffle oil on the fries. I really wanted to eat more of them, but had to save room for dessert- a milkshake. They do offer quite a selection. I got the Kitkat, which was decent. My husband had the Oreo, which I thought was delicious. But his brother got the S’mores which put my own shake to shame. When we go back, that’s what I’m getting.

All in all, a very good dining experience. The waitress was new but very helpful. The manager Sean (Or Shawn?) came over to our table a few times to check on us and was a very nice guy. You could tell he’s put a lot into running a good ship and it shows. My only issue is it can be pricey (burgers are about $12-14 and sides are separate- another $3-5), but it’s worth it in my humble opinion. Definitely give it a try, but bring an empty stomach as I’m about to enter my own food coma.

The burger are extremely pricey, had the wagyu burger which could have been a little more seasoned. With the price of $15 for the burger the fries were separate. You would think it would be included. The service though was good.

Went here with my family a few weeks ago and it was absolutely HORRIBLE the customer service was horrible from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. It was a very bad experience and we will not be returning. There were bugs flying all around the food, the bathrooms were disgusting, no tissue and trash overflowing with a horrible smell. The drinks were pretty watered down and our burgers were very dry. I would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dismal. We waited several minutes at the front podium for the host to emerge from the back. After faux apologies, and once seated at our table, we were ignored again. And I mean ignored. No greeting, no water, no solicitation of a drinks order. No acknowledgement from any one of several servers that the table was occupied. We left after 12-15 minutes. This was at ~9 PM on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was ~ 1/2 full.
