I had a 40 dollar order withvfor myself to deliver for uber eats. Drove 15mins out of my way.. waited to talk to a team member at the window. The 24 hr McDonald’s switched from lunch/dinner to breakfast so the order had to be breakfast items. I informed the customer. Sold them on the idea of breakfast had a replacement for most of the items ( 2snack wrap meal was replaced with a bacon egg & cheese bagel, the cookies were a go unless they weren’t available.. a smoothie for the mc flurry) but the GM Derrick was there and he would not substitute items because it may mess up his budget.. so apparently refunding the customer and wasting the delivery drivers time was the better option. Sad that McDonald’s wouldn’t serve an order. So order was canceled and uber eats no longer issues half the pay for the order.. I wasted my gas and an hour of my time and the customer is still hungry. But Derricks budget is safe.

The restaurant was pretty decent. Ordered on the kiosk, and the order took about 10 minutes to come out even thought it was just 10 nuggets and a milkshake. Went to get the nuggets when my order was called but there was no shake. When I asked, the worker apologized and said the shake machine wasn’t working and offered me a McFlurry, which was fine. Overall the staff seemed pretty average and the restaurant seemed clean enough.

Absolutely the worst experience at a McDonald’s- EVER! This truly should be a drive-thru only. No staff available in main entry- must be called from the kiosk. They are understaffed with customer service (and food service) and overrun with disgruntled customers. Virtually no signage or instruction in kiosk area. When we finally got assistance from a delightful and very harried young lady, our order was placed and eventually delivered-missing straws, stirrers napkins, etc. Just pitiful.

There was a very friendly woman they are making sure that all my order was taken care of before she left for the evening. She actually did her job until the time she was literally walking out the door. And it was 11:30 p.m.

No straws easily available, no easy access to napkins, poor ambiance ( looks like tables in an open backyard) . Empty at 3:47 pm on a Saturday. Burgers with poor overall flavor, new chicken fingers’ taste was lame.

What an absolute atrocious experience this was. I’ve been coming to this location since ’07 at least, and my God this place is unrecognizable now. At least back then there was somewhat friendly service and people didn’t act like they’d rather die than be at work.
The fries were fresh out of the heat lamp, I had to practically beg for my cups to drink out of, and not to mention the drink machine was unhooked. I will never go back to this location. Last time they ever get my money. What a horrendous experience. I wouldnt even recommend this location to my ex.
There’s more one star reviews of this location than there are employees. I also see the the owners only response to these reviews is to give a link. I’m not the one to call corporate, but I actually might this time.
This is an epidemic all across the country. Entitled, rude employees with the work ethic of a vending machine, get snappy when you want your order correct after THEY messed it up in the first place, poor management, nasty attitudes, and I can honestly say that the emergency room at the hospital has more charm than the lobby.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences. I went with a friend and placed a mobile order for mine and he was going to place his order. It’s almost 11 pm and we sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes WITHOUT even being greeted. Placing our order was awful, the person taking the order was rude. My friends order was all wrong, he ordered an apple pie it was never put on the receipt and two employees argued with him about it. NOT professional. He ordered a sweet tea because she said sprite was out and then ignored that and he asked for sweet tea. That was also wrong. She said at the window “we don’t have sprite do you want coke?” Fed up he just said fine. But a Diet Coke was given. Do NOT come to this McDonald’s unless you want to have a brain aneurysm.

Beautiful. Such a spacious environment with bright lighting. Such kind smiles from the workers and the Christmas decorations were so cute. Best McDonald’s I have been too in a long time. Made sure we had straws and checked up on us.

This location is awful. They’re constantly running out of items but still letting people put in mobile orders for those items. They make you wait between each order they take through the drive thru before taking the next so you’re literally sitting in line no less than 10-15 minutes (so much for fast food) and most the time the people are nice but there’s one lady who is always rude when taking orders. I go to this McDonald’s because it’s in the same shopping center as my job. The morning is usually better, but honestly, there’s no good time to come to this McDonald’s.

I stopped in the Drive-Thru tonight thinking I would get something to eat so I could take some medication that I need to take I asked for fresh chicken nuggets literally all they did was stick it back in the dirty grease along with the french fries. But before I even got home with the food the girl taking my order was so bothered by me being there that I almost rushed through and didn’t even order what I was supposed to be ordering why do people work in these industries if they don’t like their job get a job you like.
