I ordered a frosted coffee from this location on 2 separate occasions, and they gave me a milkshake. Every other location, the frosted coffee is BROWN. It’s a frosted COFFEE, not a milkshake. I asked for a new one, or for them to at least put more coffee in the one I already had and the guy at the drive thru refused and said “that is a frosted coffee.” Okay, then why is it white and doesn’t taste like coffee at all? I’m a Chick-fil-a One Signature Member, I have ordered an embarrassing amount of frosted coffees from multiple locations, I think I know what a frosted coffee is supposed to look and taste like.

This is my go-to Chick-fil-A. I have been coming to this location for many years.The food and service are always good and fast.
Lately I have been concerned about how the drive-thru employees are treated. They stand outside for hours in very cold weather and it is often the same young women taking orders. While they remain professional and kind, it is hard not to notice how difficult these conditions are for them.
The service is great, but it is clear that the employees are struggling with the extreme weather. This does not seem to reflect the Christian values that Chick-fil-A represents.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I’ve never found any other Chick-fil-A that tops it. The service, people, atmosphere, and food is always amazing. I’ve never had 1 negative experience here and I will definitely keep coming back!

Drive-thru services very on and off. You might get some good service and sometimes not. My first time at a Chick-fil-A where the older customer representative was angry at people.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize two of your team members, Connor and Camden, for providing absolutely outstanding service during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Not only did they deliver my food quickly and accurately, but they also showed genuine kindness and care — the kind of service that truly sets Chick-fil-A apart. My meal was excellent, and their positive attitude made the experience even better.

Employees like Connor and Camden make a real difference in the customer experience. I sincerely think they deserve recognition — maybe even a raise — for their great work and dedication.

Hands-down the shittiest experience at a Chick-fil-A in my entire life.

Drive-Thru worker stops me where they’re at. We exchange greetings and I politely ask for a Menu. He says, “Just use the signs”….one of which he is blocking and the other which is in front of me at an angle [aka illegible] since I stopped where he asked me to. I inform him of this, he sighs and says “Pull up then.”

So, ignoring the sass and blatant lack of self awareness: I pull up. Order a #6 [Spicy Deluxe Sando] combo with a Sprite and some BBQ sauce. I go to tap my card on the reader, he drops it a few inches. At this point of not eating for going on 12 hours, I almost decked him on the spot. Instead, I stare at him until 10 seconds of awkwardness goes by and he puts it back where it was, to which I pay.

Having a hunch his attitude didn’t end there, I double checked the bag [something I NEVER DO, because lets be honest, Chick-fil-a is normally perfect] and sure enough I have a fricking 6 piece nugget with no sauce. That’s cool, now the poor guys at the window have to deal with the hold-up and apologize profusely as they make me the correct order.

They fix his bullshit, and get me on my way. I park in a spot in a close shopping center finally ready to end the bullshit, eat my food,…… and my Sprite tastes like cleaning agent Seltzer.

At this point, nothing they can do can fix this. I drove back, plopped my food on the counter, and asked for a refund. I’m not going to let them remake my food a 3rd time after my drink seems retaliatory spiked with some disinfectant/cleaning chemical.

This Chic-fil-A is a staple for the Huntersville area and has been for many years. This location is not only one of the only ones in town, but it is also a place that has clearly improved to fit with the changing times. For example, they added the two-lane drive-thru system to handle the extra customer traffic they receive, which has helped significantly.

The quality of the restaurant shows just by the sheer volume of costumers they receive on a daily basis. They can have lines backed up all the way around the road during lunch or dinner hours and it is a testament to the good service and quality here. Just be aware that if you go, it will likely be very crowded.

I placed an online order for a quick order of fries at this location as I was passing through 77. I need a snack that I could eat while driving.

The drive thru line was quite long, but the employees were very pleasant and they kept that line moving with precision. I later received emails from this location that were thoughtful. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Tea used to be sweet. Now you have to add sweeteners to it. And they don’t even have the pink sweeteners. You have to use 2or 3 of the blue or yellow ones. Sometimes the bread crumbles into pieces. Fast food isn’t a cheap meal anymore. And the waffle fries aren’t done like they used to be. I have to ask for well done waffle fries. If not they are soft and not tasty.

I popped up for a sweet tea & a kids meal. Harrison is the best employee! This young man knows how to provide customer service. First class treatment of customers & I should know, I only expect the best! I’ll be back!
