Be aware!!! Dunkin started enforcing the rules that you MUST take ice or if not pay additional $0.75 + tax on your personal drinks. So, if you want a cold drink, they will pack it with ICE so the coffee or milk is at minimum, the smallest you get, but you end up paying a bigger size including a dirty ICE – $6. I just experienced it at this store and they told me that the owner wants it this way. He wants everyone to drink what he wants. What a stupid and money grabbing policy. Hope you are bankrupt soon. I will never go to Dunkin again. Done!

The whole building is very unsanitary. It took at least 30 minutes to get my order. Got the drinks within 5 minutes but they completely forgot to make the wraps. Upon asking for a refund, I was told they couldn’t give me one so I ended up waiting for the wraps anyways. They were good but definitely not worth 30 minutes of my time. The only thing I can say is that the dark haired lady that took my order in the first place was an absolute sweetheart and she deserves to be recognized for the only one with a good attitude. If it wasn’t for her I would have probably went total Karen on this place!

Horrible Experience! Everytime I go they can’t get a simple coffee right and it sucks most of there employees don’t pay attention to the order and usually mess it up how hard is it to put Caramel and blueberry in a coffee but yet they always forget the Caramel or the Blueberry or put none in….not worth the money and time if u don’t get what u paid for

I went there July 10th at 7 pm, no customers literally were there, I stopped by the mic in the drive thru for like 6-7 mins, no one ask me what I want, I tried to say hi, hello no thing, then I decided to drive to the window, the lady was so rude and the way she talked to me was so mean, she gave the wrong order and closed the window right away, I tried to call her and knocked the window but she ignored me and went to sit at the table with someone, I returned and again she gave the wrong order. she was horrible!

It was pretty terrible to be honest but I want it to be clear that it is not the employees fault. When you hire absolute bottom of the barrel employees and shove them into an environment where you can get 20+ orders in 10 minutes youre setting your team up for failure.
A drink was spilled by an employee and instead of cleaning it properly the individual attempted to mop the wall, leaving milk and coffee in the caulking all over the counter. Then he went back to sandwiches, because they have their sandwich person working as a janitor at the same time. I’m sure my food isn’t gross at all.
