This was my first time trying Chipotle, and it reminded me of Moe’s (which I love), but with fewer options both on the menu and at the serving bar. We walked right up to the counter and waited for one of the three or four team members to help, and the first person who approached seemed pretty miserable—no smile, no friendliness. The second was a little better, but it still felt forced, like he wasn’t sure whether he should be friendly or not.

I did enjoy the flavor of the chicken bowl I ordered, though the portion sizes were inconsistent. I also would’ve loved the option of jalapeños or a salsa. The sour cream was a great addition.

Aside from the unwelcoming service, the tables needed to be wiped down, and the visible kitchen area at the time of ordering could’ve used some cleaning as well.

I’ve been going to this chipotle fairly often over the last year since I started my new job nearby. The service is great when you get to the cashier, but before you get there is the issue. Portion sizes here have always been hit or miss, but almost every time I have gone recently I feel like I’m getting skimped. Its like every bowl I have gotten as of late is half full. Sometimes even cold chicken recently during lunch rush! I have high hopes as I love chipotle, but I’m tired of feeling hungry even after eating a ‘meal’ here.

The guacamole is greenless! I’ve had open containers of guac 3 weeks old in my fridge not looking this gross! In addition to always forgetting parts of your order (why even offer a drive thru if they can NEVER get it right?) Now you have to worry about getting sick eating this. They literally didn’t even fill two slots of my daughters make your own taco, forgot the drinks, the sides, the large chips was equivalent to getting a small bag of Doritos from the gas station, and the only usual bright spot being the guac looked like zombie guacamole. Maybe that’s their new ‘signature’ flavor, undead guacamole. I also included the other guac in my other daughter’s dish to show it wasn’t just the one missing two sides

also, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a prepaid order. Stay away from. thus chipotle if possible and if not, go inside instead of the drive thru if you choose to ignore the rest of the review

Avoid this location. Poor quality of food. When it was my turn, my food dish went across the counter of other people’s slop that came out of their food dishes, and they used my food container to get it out of their way. Not sanitary what so ever. The rice was burned and hard, sour cream had multiple different things inside of it including plastic piece cut from something else. This place was awesome back in the 2000’s when Ethan was manager an actual manager who made sure the above didn’t happen. It has went to shit this location.

Lady at the drive through was super rude. Left me sitting there for 10 minutes while I could SEE my food ready on the shelf and wouldn’t even look at me.

Then, once she finally decided to open the window, she practically threw my food at me.

Worst Chipotle in town.

I order Online from this location because the food itself seems fairly consistent taste-wise and it’s a drive thru pickup. That said, my most recent experience was simply ridiculous…I sat in the drive thru by the window watching as staff actively ignored me or any attempt to provide service for 2-3 minutes. My food was already prepared and on the shelf when someone finally decided to help me…ridiculous

I just ordered. And got really bad guacamole. My husband called. The manager Alex refused to take accountability. And refused to give him his name. He went in to show them and they refused to refund him or give him fresh but instead call the police. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever had. It’s not often I leave bad reviews. 2.50 for brown guacamole x2

Dude that wears glasses and has the beard needs some better customer service training. Always rushing customers out the door on multiple occasions, for instance today I came in and nobody else was inside and he still proceeded to rush me through the line not taking any time to take me into consideration and making me feel rushed. He also gives the tiniest portions and acts like it comes out of his paycheck when you ask for a little bit more. Not saying you should fire him but I definitely would recommend some coaching if he is in direct contact with customers as I always dread having him help me due to his attitude and rushing customers out the door. Make us feel wanted and like you want to be there for your customers or else you will notice your customer retention will soon go out the window due to these small problems

They were super busy. Needed more staff. But they got my mobile order in a timely manner. I got two carne asada bowls with extra cheese and sour cream. Everything taste fresh but the rice was undercooked. I think they pulled it to early because they were so busy. At least I hope so.

Against my better judgment, I decided to give this location another try, not once, but twice. On 12/14/24, I placed an online order. One of the items was a brisket burrito bowl with double brisket. When I arrived home and opened the bowl, there was barely a single serving of brisket. I submitted an online complaint and the customer service team sent me a coupon for a BOGO free entrée. On 12/18/24, I used it and my experience was even worse than before. I ordered another brisket bowl, but didn’t bother doubling it since it’s SO expensive, a barbacoa burrito, and chips with guacamole. The burrito bowl was COMPLETELY wrong. There was literally nothing correct about it. I’m assuming I received someone else’s order, but the sticker on the lid had my name and order on it. What’s worse is that there were foreign objects in the guacamole. Once I pulled them out, I discovered they must be stickers that are on the outside of the avocados. Thank goodness I didn’t eat them! I tried to call the restaurant, but surprise, surprise, no one answered. I filed another online complaint, so hopefully, no one else will ingest something they shouldn’t. There needs to be some serious management changes at this location!

This location has really gone downhill. We normally eat here a few times a month, but I doubt we will return to this location anytime soon after today’s experience. I ordered on their website at 4:05pm to be picked up at 4:40pm through the drive-thru window. I arrived at 4:40pm, but had to wait over 20 minutes in line behind one car. When I got to the window, the associate informed me that they were out of cups for side items. I had asked for 2 sides of sour cream and one side of the medium salsa. She also said that if the order was wrong “don’t bother calling in, ask for a refund online”. I left with my order, not feeling very hopeful for what I would find when I got home. When I opened up my order at home, I discovered that I did not receive the double portion of meat in either bowl in addition to my side items. What a ripoff.
