I cannot believe this, the portion size that I paid over $30 for after tax and tip. I ordered the Mongolian beef dinner special specifically. I paid three dollars extra for fried rice and there is almost no fried rice in the bowl they gave me. The small bowl they gave me is barely even half full of food, it might not even be halfway full. See for yourself in the attached photo. I didn’t do the best job at taking the photo, but you can clearly see a size reference when compared to the paper napkin and the soy sauce packets, to get an idea of how small the bowl is.
The bag they gave me was so light that I had to double check to make sure all the items were there.
This was an online order that I placed and then I went and picked it up myself, so there were no delivery fees or anything like that. The $30+ was for this meal plus tax and tip.
I paid over $30 for this meal. I won’t be back to PF Chang’s. They’re not going to be in business for much longer if they keep doing this nonsense. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but this is an absolute rip off.
This is a sincere question to the management at PF Chang’s, would you pay over $30 for the same meal you gave me? If not, then why are you serving it to your customers?
Edit: I have to go get a second dinner somewhere because the portion size was so tiny. To highlight how absurd this is, I have paid $10 to $12 for an appetizer at a number of restaurants that have had more food than this $30+ meal from PF Chang’s.
Edit 2: I have additionally reached out to PF Chang corporate and sent them the picture I took. We’ll see what they have to say about the few bites of food they gave me for $30+. I’ll keep this updated with their response.
Edit 3 (Final): I received a follow-up from Albuquerque management, in particular the operating partner, and they have issued a full refund for the meal as well as an additional gift card. They admitted that this was wrong and that they spoke with the chef and cooks who worked that night. I sincerely appreciate the quick response and accountability. I truly hope P.F. Chang’s uses this as a quality control check for their “Dinner Special” portioning, as no customer should have to buy a second dinner after spending $30+. I’m glad they made it right.

Our first time eating P.F. Chang’s. It is delicious, the sushi is yummy. They do have dinner specials with multiple options. Since it is pretty pricey, this place would be my family’s once in while treat for Chinese cuisine.

We wanted a great night out with family and P.F. Chang’s did not disappoint. The food was delicious as always and Yasmine took excellent care of us. She made great recommendations and was extremely attentive.
As a starter, we got the Shrimp Dumplings and the table-side presentation was cool. The wonton soup is the best and loaded with delicious ingredients, the spicy tuna roll was fresh and tasty. We tried the Teriyaki Trio for the first time and it was excellent! We finished up with the Banana Spring Rolls for dessert even though we were full. We were glad we didn’t let full bellies dissuade us! Yuuuummmm!!! The coconut-pineapple ice cream may have been our favorite but the bananas were a very close second place.
We highly recommend stopping by. Make sure you ask for Yasmine!

Had a wonderful time taking a friend here for her birthday. It was her choice of place to go. Staff was amazing, and so helpful and accommodating as she came in with her walker. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. It had been a long time (years) since we’d visited here, due to a bad experience, but we will definitely be back again after this fantastic experience.

Our waiter Jonathan was excellent. One of the things I really liked was how he brought everything out at the beginning that we could possibly need the lemon the honey everything to go with our tea. It was a nice touch. The food was excellent as always. Fresh hot, delicious. Not too salty perfect flavor profiles. There was a wait but we had a reservation which they honored immediately with the very next available table. Professional and attentive service.

We had an amazing experience at PF Chang’s thanks to our server, Jonathan. He was incredibly attentive from start to finish — always checking in at the perfect moments, keeping our water glasses full, and making sure every detail of our order was accurate. His care, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly stood out.

We ordered on door dash and was highly disappointed for almost an 80.00 meal just for two people and the portion size we got. We got two dinner meals and ordered some crab wontons. The Wontons taste rancid and sour, not to mention they were over cooked. They even smelled bad. The rest of the food was horrible as well. We could have went to Panda Express and paid half that and probably would have been happier. Both meals were trashed. Such a shame that it’s gone down this much. We will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Satisfied customer! The food was great. I love their banana spring rolls with ice cream! The lettuce wraps are always a must, and the complimentary edamame for rewards members is a plus! Our server Daniel was very respectful and friendly!
