This was absolutely amazing. I love longhorn, I didn’t realize how much I missed it I haven’t been to a longhorn in years and it was really really really really good I had the chop steak with fries and a side Caesar salad. It was phenomenal. It had mushroom and gravy on top and onions, it was really really good!

Wonderful Birthday Experience!
Miracle Thompson was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This was a special occasion for me—my stepson and his mother took me out to celebrate my birthday—and Miracle truly made it memorable. Her service was attentive, kind, and genuine from start to finish. The food was great, but her positive energy and professionalism made the night extra special. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Miracle every time!

On December 12, 2025, around 9:30 PM, while we were waiting for our food, I noticed spider webs hanging from the roof toward the dining area. The plates are usually dirty. The service is very poor, and the bathrooms are not cleaned. The order placed wrong. I talked to the manager who was extremely rude.

My food was DELICIOUS! I ordered the ribeye med well. It was perfect! The service was good. We were a large party and the only thing that marred our visit was we had to wait up front until all of our party showed up. We were a loud and rambunctious group so they ended up seating us after a 30 minute wait.

At first I was a little worried when we went to dinner for my friends birthday as the restaurant was packed but the service was fantastic. You could tell the whole restaurant was working as a team. Our server Chayenne was amazing, the wait time on food was not long and everything came out perfect! Top ten best dining experiences and will highly recommend this location to any one looking for great meal.

Our server Brooklyn was awesome, really attentive and kept our drinks filled. The food was good. We had steak, shrimp, salmon with salad, a burger, the spinach dip app, and 2 desserts. Some of the food was really, really good and for the price point it’s a good value. We had enough leftovers for another meal. The desserts and the app were really great. The side dishes were really great, too. Wasn’t a fan of the shrimp app, but the skewered shrimp was great. We will definitely go back. It’s a good time for a causal night out with the family. I will say the AC in our section near the kitchen was very cold, but the other section was warmer, so next time, we’ll sit there!

My wife and I go there every time we’re heading to UAB Hospital IN Birmingham. We get the seven pepper sirloin steak salad and the lobster bisque . It’s delicious ! The service is always great. Highly recommend !

We’ve had several poor experiences at this Longhorn location but after what we experienced a couple of days ago, we definitely won’t be back. My husband & I came in with our two young children (2 years old & 8 months old) for a later dinner – it was around 8pm. My two year old, when he gets excited, makes noise & occasionally screams. On this particular occasion, he had screamed a couple of times. My husband & I tried everything in our power to get him to quiet down the few times he got excited, but he’s a baby, & only so much can be done. The restaurant was nearly empty. We were one of three tables. Servers were rolling silverware & doing side work in the conjoining section to ours.
My son had screamed & it sounded like someone mocked him from the conjoining section, but I wasn’t sure if it was another child. After this, I learned there were no other children in the restaurant. Some time later, he had made another happy scream but this time it was clear that someone was mocking him, & it wasn’t another child. Come to find out, it was actually a server. She mocked him for the entire restaurant to hear – loudly. I have never been so disgusted. What kind of person mocks a BABY? He’s two years old. I was and still am so upset by this encounter. My husband & I didn’t finish our dinner. We paid, packed up & left. I hope whomever mocked my child reevaluates their decisions & thinks twice before making fun a BABY in the future. Absolutely disgusting.

My wife and I ordered here to go. It was dinner time on a Friday night and from time of placing order online until I got there and they brought my food out, it was right at an hour. Little long but I timed my pickup pretty well, so didn’t have to wait a tremendous long time when I arrived. I got the Cowboy 12 oz. Ribeye, loaded baked potato and a side salad. My wife got the 18 oz. T-bone and broccoli and baked potato. I ordered mine medium and it was more like medium well. My wife ordered medium well and hers seemed to be cooked to order. The potato seemed a little dried out as it seemed to be pre-cooked earlier. The seasoning of the steaks was spot on and their seasoning does have a little bit of a kick to it…which I liked. With tip, our order was right at $70. It was very busy at the restaurant, so glad we ordered pick up. I would order from here again.
