I honestly will keep coming back because of Jaice! I’m vegan but I still come because the drinks he makes are amazing! He is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. His energy makes the experience feel personal, not transactional, and that matters more than people realize. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have him — he deserves recognition far beyond a Google review.

Came here (reluctantly) by invite. Our group of 12 decided to get the $20 all you can eat wings. Adamaris was our server.
I just won’t be giving BWW another try ever again as their food has never a good experience no matter the location, ok!
I got the chicken ceasar salad, which was ok. However, this salad was close to a warm room temperature, instead of how chill the lettuce is supposed to be. It also lacked enough sauce for flavor.
At the same time our wings were just about the same. Supposed to be hot but got worn off to room temperature which I don’t care for.
Wing promo was fine as we started off with traditional and switched over to boneless. However, I noticed the reload batch of wings were close to trash. As their sizes became shriveled, dry, and poorly sauced. The very first batch had none of these issues.
Lastly, I have no problem blessing the servers with tips. But if I see that you didn’t disclose there being a price difference between the traditional/boneless wing choices, it comes off as sneaky, which effected YOUR tip so……

Ordered take out before they opened at 11 on a Sunday to pick up to take to the Bears football we were watching at a friend’s patio outdoors. Ordered 2 separate on line orders for pick up at 1120 and 1130 since they were opening at 11a and these were large orders. Got there at 1115 and the one order was just being put out with the 2nd large order in process. .. and on time!!
Wings got to where we were going right before noon kickoff ! They we delicious, fresh & hot , sides were excellent fresh and hot, sauces were plentiful and many. Ranch and blue cheese dressing were excellent. Ordered tater tots instead of the fries and they were hot and crunchy( very very good). I’ve sat down to dine in several times in the past and their service is fast great service and food always comes out fresh, hot and dip delicious with the many flavors we’ve tried. So to order on line before they opened and pick up a few minutes after opening and receive the same excellent service deserves a good review. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!

Large dining area, good liquor bar for beers and mixed drinks. Very large parking lot( it is on an outdoor mall( Brickyard ) lot . And their hours are excellent especially in the evenings when they are at their busiest.

I had an amazing experience at dinner with my sisters and daughters! Our server, Jaice, was absolutely fantastic and made my night after a long day at work. He was efficient, friendly, and truly exceptional! ♥️

Tonite we decided to dine here with a family of six , four adults and two kids whom are six years of age. Greeted by this young gentleman who proceeded to ask if we wanted to sit at the high tables , when we opted for regular dining seat and table due to not wanting the kids to fall off these high tables and chairs this guy / greeter rolled his eyes and flicked the menus along with his eyes . I wasn’t the only one who saw his reaction, all of the adults saw his poor reaction just because we wanted to be seated at regular tables. Come to find out he rolled his eyes because he had to pushed two tables together, or maybe he had to do all the cleaning. Management need to look into that fella. Food was ordered , it sure do take up to 45 minutes almost an hour for some fried wings I mean almost everything was fried and two burgers, traditional wings done lost all its heat perhaps they were waiting for other food to be cooked and brought all together to the table. Maybe they should bring up the wings as soon as it’s done and not let it sit there 10-20 mins or how ever long for burgers to be cooked. We ate, tipped 20dollars in cash to poor elder gentleman whom took our orders and serve our food to us. We didn’t want to leave a credit card tip especially for Mr eye rolling attitude. This last visit definitely reminded me why I don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Horrible experience to be honest.

TBH the wait for the wings was too long . & the waitress only checked on us like twice, she also gave us the wrong sauce. We had to keep asking other waiters for whatever we needed. The food was good just wish the service was a bit better.

I was sitting at the bar with a group of 6, we only wanted to drink. The bar was pretty full and only 4 chairs available at the bar. but there were chairs from tables from behind that were not being used so we grabbed 2 chairs. It was soon to be closing time and a waitress who had purple hair and glasses very rude said “i need the chair” she then grabbed the chair and put it in the table cleaned the table and walked away. I understand that she was cleaning but she didn’t even bother giving us any alternative nor maybe asked if we mind putting the chair back after we were done using it. It was very upsetting that she gave attitude and took away something we were using.

Everything was so good. The wings were delicious we had mango habanero sauce and Asian sauce both served hot with fresh cut french fries. We also had a nachos appetizer and it was really good which went well with the wings.. We will be coming back very soon. The service was great and our server was on point.
