The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful! I brought a group of little girls for a birthday party and before we could even sit down, staff came to check on me and ask if I needed help with ordering or anything. They also wished the birthday girl a happy birthday. They even brought us out a birthday cake! They checked in on us multiple times and were very attentive. They even asked how our food was and everything. One of the little girls spilled their drink on the floor and before I could even get turned around, a staff member was already there cleaning it up. It was honestly hands down the BEST service I have ever received. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and went above and beyond. Im super impressed!! I also love the play place is big and spacious with a lot of seating. And bonus that it is closed off from the rest of the restaurant, so you don’t have to worry about run away kids. Everywhere was clean, especially the bathrooms. Thank you to everyone that was there for making it such a great experience. I will be coming to this location more often!! (I usually only write reviews for super amazing experiences, because it’s worth my time to show a little appreciation)

Just came in 5:30 – 6-10 ish is around the time i was there and all i can say is lady on the back window was amazing had me smile the whole time the cook was amazing cause this food actually taste good unlike other places and on top of that the girl in the front giving out orders was killing it keep in mind i ordered around 15 items in mcmuffins and burritos. This is one of the good ones. Fed my family and me and its actually good so thank you mcdonalds.

This particular store (Roy) is not as bad as the one on 40th and Washington in Ogden. Suppose that’s a compliment in itself but any store beats that one. It was lunch time and they were out of several flavors of soft drinks including one I ordered, Dr Pepper . Counter person messed up my order of free fries with that when using my loyalty card thru phone app. Restaurant was clean though. I’m biased a bit as quality and service just ain’t what it used to be overall. Post COVID everyplace took a dive it seems.

Not sure who the manager is but they must be doing a GREAT job! They’re hired all the best employees who always seem to be working hard and quickly. They keep the place as clean as you can keep a busy fast food restaurant. You’ll never have to wait long for your food whether in store or in the line.

I went to McDonald’s today hoping to buy a toy by itself, as I’ve done at other locations many times before. Unfortunately, the cashier, Diane, told me I had to buy a full meal to get the toy. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I’ve previously purchased toys separately without any issues. I left frustrated and confused—policies like this should be consistent across locations, and customers shouldn’t be made to feel dismissed for a simple request.

Horrible customer service. My mcmuffin was ice cold in the middle and my frappe was only about 2/3rds full. Made to pull forward to wait an additional 7 minutes with no one behind me.
I don’t speak Spanish any better than the employees speak English so I’m not sure if they understood my question when I asked where the rest of my frappe was, but she walked away without answering.

Drive up girl had horrible attitude. I ordered a sausage mc muffin substitute for Canadian bacon. I received actual bacon. I explained it was wrong. She brought me back a non cooked English, cheese not melted and cold Canadian bacon. I said this isn’t cooked, she said that’s made perfectly. I’m tired of poor quality and indignant staff.

Not only did the McDonald’s not add my discount from the app without telling me but my Sausage Egg McMuffin was inedible. I have had egg shells in my eggs hear before but they were tiny but this… this is not ok at all. I couldn’t eat my breakfast because I kept finding more egg shells. This is dangerous and neglectful.

The playground here is nice and big and I do love that there are big windows between the ordering counter and the play area so I can go get something without worrying about not seeing my kids. It’s also nice that you can order at your table.
I kind of hate the whole McDonald’s experience where you don’t see people. What if I need assistance with my order? No one is there to help. They didn’t put a burger in my happy meals, which happens, but getting help is harder since everyone is off in the kitchen and I need assistance. I’m not really blaming the workers. It’s probably stressful for them. But I don’t like the new McDonald’s structure overall
