This CFA is consistently worse than other CFA locations. We waited ages this morning to get a very simple order for 2 people only to drive away and realize that after the wait they also got our order wrong! I ordered the egg white grill and as you can see in the photo it was on the ticket but what I got was a chicken biscuit. Note that the wrapper also says “sausage burrito” but inside was actually a chicken biscuit!
Especially annoying because due to past experiences, we always make sure to actually check what’s in the bag because they get things wrong here so frequently. I did check this time but I relied on the ticket instead of opening the sandwich, learn from my mistake. Management needs to get their stuff together.

Like I don’t know what’s wrong with RVA Chickfla’s but they all suck. Can’t even enjoy a dinner with out something being screwed up. Nose hair in my food, come on. You call and you get some child on the phone who can’t do anything. End of the day, this place sucks.

Went threw deive thru didnt fill mac and cheese to the line they have and its a medium and looks like small portion and mac over cooked and chicken stripe look like mini stripes the mac and cheese was like baby food mushy over cooked and dry but they remade it the second one is how the new one looks

Great service. Great people. The food is no good. Everything has preservatives, seed oils, or corn syrup. It’s a “always from frozen, never fresh” fast food joint. The fruit cup and applesauce are acceptable.

This is a very clean Chick-fil-a, with a great deal of care going into the prompt and friendly service. You can tell that the cashier who helped us, and unfortunatelyI did not catch her name, really loves helping people and what she does. That is so difficult to find these days! The food is hot and fresh. The service is quick. My shake was great with a lit of whip cream. She even started my soda over, because it had spilled all over the cup. She did not want anyone having a messy drink. It is so important and much appreciated these days!

This is a good chik-fil-a. However, I asked for two salad dressings and when I got to the hotel, there were none in the bag. Salad without any dressing is not good. Guess I should have checked the bag before I left.

Oh we wish it was closer to Mineral VA. Love me some Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was very clean, help staff were polite, and food was as tasty as ever. This is a very well kept unit in their chain.
