I hadn’t visited an Old Chicago since 2014. I had never been to this location so my family and I decided to give it a try.
First, the inside had an odor that wasn’t pleasing. It smelled of grease and humidity as you walked in.
We were greeted right away as we walked in, so that is a plus. Are waitress was very nice and very attentive.
I would have a rather waited just a little bit between appetizers and main course.
The food was average, but it was hot so that’s good. Everything tasted good. I have chicken strips with the Nashville Hot sauce, I really liked that. The tator tots were crispy. My youngest had a kids cheeseburger, which was a great size and looked really good. I cannot recall what my older teens got, but I assumed they liked it well enough because by the time I looked up over to them their food was gone. .
The inside needs to be cleaned. The walls had food splatter.
That was off putting as to why this restaurant received an “ok”. If it hadn’t been the odor and the dirty walls it would have received a better review.

This is the worst pasta I’ve ever had. Ravioli out the can COLD is better than this crap and go 16$ ! The only taste that it had was HOT like spicy hot never in my life had spicy chicken parm it’s not the vibe at all and they used penne noodles and the were just mush no texture at all the chicken a had somewhat decent sear to the eye but you can tell it’s very cheap meat. Needless to say I will never return. I only even went because Antonellas kitchen was closed at 8:15 when they closed at 9

Look I usually don’t like to call places out for less than average service but I had a terrible experience Saturday at OCP. Hey and I really like this place and love their food but this trip was unusual. Not many customers although it was the middle of lunch and NCAA football games on too. We sat at the bar and the young bartender was terribly slow. Spent too much of her time conversing with one particular group. Totally neglecting us. We had two beers and a small pizza. The wait time was crazy and I just about had to beg her for my second beer. The food was delicious but our issue was just took, forever. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken if they had been busy. I will go back because the food is just that good. Delicious salads, great chicken wings and those scicilian pepperoni rolls are banging. Maybe they just had a bad day.

Very comfortable setting and our waitress was so sweet and very attentive to everything. The bartender was exactly the same. It was like they made sure everyone was more thank ok. Have not had that good of service or pizza in a long time. ☺️great food!

I went with my fiancé for valentine’s day and the service was fantastic. We had Alyssa as our server and she was so sweet. She recommended several foods and combinations all of which were so yummy. Additionally, the whole time she checked in on our table to make sure we had everything that was needed. We’ll definitely be coming again! It was such a great experience and I would recommend others to try out 🙂

My experiences at Old Chicago are always exceptional, but my most recent visit truly stood out. Mike was our bartender and server, and he was outstanding. His conversation was genuine, engaging, and consistent throughout our visit. He made sure we were well taken care of and never left us unattended. He is truly a gem and a wonderful representation of great service.
The food was equally impressive. I enjoyed the Chicago Chopped Salad — absolutely chef’s kiss. We also ordered the Sicilian Pepperoni Rolls and the wings, and everything was delicious.
Overall, an excellent experience all around!

Every time we come, it’s an amazing experience. We always get Alyssa and she has the best waitress ever. She always make sure that our orders are perfect and always checks in with us regularly to make sure that everything is good or if we need anything definitely recommend if you ever come to Chicago to ask for Alyssa.

First time and last time. Very disappointed. I ordered on line for carry out. The large said “25 pieces”. At home and 32 dollars later, I have a 12″round pizza that was square cut. Total of 16 little pieces. Needless to say we didn’t have enough pizza and the pizza was not “great pizza” to justify the price.
Over priced and misleading on line to what you actually will receive.
I could have received 3 large pizzas from Domino’s for that price.

This has to be one of the best spots to sit down and eat good food. Me and my Fiancé were looking for places to eat this valentine’s day and every place in the city had a two hour wait time!!! But when we saw this place still open and with no wait time we rushed over to see how the food and service was. They did not disappoint one bit, i’m talking some of the best pizza and wings we have ever had, and our server Alyssa was extremely helpful with recommendations and just being on time with the drinks and the food. 10 / 10 service and I would highly recommend coming and trying this place out

My wife and I came to eat here because I was craving pizza we sat at the Bar and literally waited almost 10min and the bartender never came to greet us with only 2 other people sitting at the bar..
The Manager Kelly came in and saved the day. She took our drink orders and she made the drinks as well and they came out amazing. The bartender took our food order we ordered an appetizer and our main dishes. Mind you we waited and waited and the appetizer never came out. Our main dishes came out and we asked the bartender to just remove the appetizer from the bill because we didn’t want it anymore and Mr. Mike blatantly just said oh yea I never put it in.. Then Mike the bartender went to talk about my wife and I to his two friends that were sitting at the bar to the point where we could hear him. When our bill came we asked for a Military discount and the other manager Mike in the blue shirt sucked his teeth as if he didn’t want to apply the discount. Ms. Kelly is the real MVP she was really nice and personable. She deserves a raise because if it wasn’t for her our experience would have been awful. The customer service world needs more people like her. Thank you Ms. Kelly!!
