The food was good buttt it took way too long for it being slow and another table that ordered around 10 tens after us they received their food before us and the girl I didn’t get her name i should of she took our order she was very rushing we were the only ones in line at the time
The girl in the red shirt was very careless and rude

The only good thing out of this visit to this location was Daniel he was so nice sweet and understanding and helpful thank you to Daniel I appreciate your very good customer service Daniel is the only reason I gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere

Food is usually good. However, it can take a while for it to come out. Last time I was here, it took 40 minutes to get our steak platter for a family of four. The restaurant was not that busy, so I’m not sure why it took so long. The only reason I am leaving a three star review is because of Daniel. He is a very hard worker and a total saint when it comes to service. He took good care of us even though he didn’t have to. He was on top of taking our trash and making sure we had what we needed. He even told us about the secret menu item that they had available. He is awesome.

I’m impressed of this place. First time ordering and ordered a family meal.
Is beyond my expectations. VERY generous servings. food is tasty!
But above all the lady who attended me over the phone April 4 2025 at 11:30-12noon was very professional, she greeted me with a smile and all my food was ready even when I ordered with a short time for 15 people. She went above and beyond if not mistaken Paulina was her name. But in general the staff is very nice.

Sorry I was in such rush I didn’t tip for my to go order. She does deserve that 25% tip!

Used to be my favorite place to eat, better off making my own at home. The beans were undercooked and the rice was overcooked. How can you pride yourself as a Mexican Restaurant chain and not get the staples right? And the prices are out of this world for less than 3oz of meat in a meal. The dining area is always dirty. No one wipes down tables or sweeps and they have 10+ people working. It’s really sad to see.

The entire experience was disappointing. It was hard to find a clean table. I waited over 20 minutes for my food, I had to pick it up myself, it was just there on the counter. My meat was cold and tasteless. The rice tasted like tomato and the beans were not good. The guacamole had more tomatoes than avocados and tasted like lemons!! My favorite food but I don’t think I will be returning to this location on Zaragoza. The restrooms were dirty, no toilet paper!!!!

Visiting El Paso for the first time and decided to try the tacos here. They taste fine, but they are way overpriced and falsely advertised as “home or the big taco” or something like that. They are small, average tacos. Way too expensive for the size. 2 tacos for $16??? No thanks.

Love TacoTote and everytime I’m in El Paso it’s a must stop for us. .
This one location is alright.
I wasn’t too impressed with the lady taking our order. She seemed super dry and very short. And the tone of voice almost made it sound like we were an inconvenience.
But then again not being able to see ones face or body language can be me reading too much into a voice conveyed through an interphone.
Other than that, at the window they were a little bit better. Except when they handed us our order As soon as I reached to grab it and put it down, I turned back up to ask if they gave us straws and the window was slammed shut and never got anyone to pay attention to a waiting customers on the other side.
Lucky for us there were straws in the bag at the bottom.
All in all a very strange encounter… But then again these are very trying times for everyone so won’t look too much into it.
Food was good as usual.
One more thing, we asked for green sauce and got guacamole instead…
One last thing, you are required to wear a mask at the drive thru window and they will ask for your ID for any transaction more than $25.
