The girl in the red shirt was very careless and rude
The only good thing out of this visit to this location was Daniel he was so nice sweet and understanding and helpful thank you to Daniel I appreciate your very good customer service Daniel is the only reason I gave 5 stars for service and atmosphere
Is beyond my expectations. VERY generous servings. food is tasty!
But above all the lady who attended me over the phone April 4 2025 at 11:30-12noon was very professional, she greeted me with a smile and all my food was ready even when I ordered with a short time for 15 people. She went above and beyond if not mistaken Paulina was her name. But in general the staff is very nice.
Sorry I was in such rush I didn’t tip for my to go order. She does deserve that 25% tip!
This one location is alright.
I wasn’t too impressed with the lady taking our order. She seemed super dry and very short. And the tone of voice almost made it sound like we were an inconvenience.
But then again not being able to see ones face or body language can be me reading too much into a voice conveyed through an interphone.
Other than that, at the window they were a little bit better. Except when they handed us our order As soon as I reached to grab it and put it down, I turned back up to ask if they gave us straws and the window was slammed shut and never got anyone to pay attention to a waiting customers on the other side.
Lucky for us there were straws in the bag at the bottom.
All in all a very strange encounter… But then again these are very trying times for everyone so won’t look too much into it.
Food was good as usual.
One more thing, we asked for green sauce and got guacamole instead…
One last thing, you are required to wear a mask at the drive thru window and they will ask for your ID for any transaction more than $25.
