Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.
Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):
1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff – including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time
2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)
3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you
4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast
I could go on, but you get the point. We will be back!

I was in the drive thru today and my car broke down, the owner Colby was such an amazing guy. He helped shut down a lane to keep my car safe and even went out of his way to help move the car; they did such an awesome and respectful job with getting my food also. I did have to wait a while for the truck but they made sure I was served and taken care of. I’ll always come back to this chick fil a, thank you again for the amazing hospitality!

I asked for 2 sauces with my order of 2 chicken sandwiches . Attendant said ,will try. My 2 cents , you can charge for the sauce rather than making it sound difficult. I eat all the time at Manchester chikfila and never been questioned for asking a sauce .
Chikfila has high standards . I am not sure if this is a training issue or I was wrong in asking for sauce !!

Never thought I would feel passionately enough about a fast food location to post a review, and while Chick-fil-A as a whole is delicious and our preferred fast food option, the Enfield location is hands down the best Chick-fil-A.
The food is always delicious (as expected) but what I want to highlight is this location is beyond family friendly, with staff going out of their way to check on (and help clean up after) my 18 month old daughter. They have spare diapers and an always clean bathroom.
What really made our week (and likely month) is at the most recent bingo night, the Bingo host gave my daughter a stuffed cow. It was so kind and thoughtful and it’s been her favorite toy since Friday. It’s been adorable seeing her carry the cow around and asking for “Boo” anytime she doesn’t have the cow in hand because that’s how she pronounces “Moo”.
Thanks for being such a great place! Only complaint is that I don’t live closer by.

Always clean. Fresh flowers on tables. Staff is courteous & efficient. Restaurant runs smoothly. Food is always hot and served correctly in timely manner, especially when using mobile order app. Parking lot can get tight, but always parking available near building. Love Chik Fil A Enfield.

My wife and I ate dinner here after working an employee appreciation event. Spicy Chicken Sandwich was delicious. Bun melted away in my mouth, allowing the chicken to be the star. Waffle fries hot and lighty crisp. Salad with chicken was fresh and loaded with chicken. Every ingredient was quality, and the salad was huge.

. What can I say about Chick-fil-A, great food, great prices, staff is awesome, and they nailed the drive-thru to perfection. I’ve never eaten inside I’ve only gone through drive-thru and the only problem I had was mastering the QR code setup for the mobile drive-thru it took me about three or four times to get it now I got it I guess you could contribute that to user error. Kudos to Chick-fil-A keep up the good work.

Ive been going to this chickfila for a while now. And most of the time the service is fast. But lately Ive had to wait 10+ minutes for my food when its slow. Today was particularly bad. I placed my order at 304pm for drive up and received a notification from the app my order was ready at 307pm and would be brought out to me shortly. I had to get out of my car and go inside to get it at 317 because no one brought it. When I went inside my order was just sitting in the blue basket and 2 employees were just standing around there. One employee, dont know her name, didnt even apologize. Instead she immediately said “we didnt forget about you, we were going to bring it outside.” This is the 2nd or 3rd time with this specific employee that my food has been late and she always says “we didnt forget about you.” As the saying goes: “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” Do better and dont be condescending towards your loyal customers. (The worst part is when I got back to my car an employee immediately came out with another persons order).
