A very good restaurant for Indian cuisine. The food tasted good and was flavorful. The waiters were really friendly. Paneer was a little bit hard, but all the other dishes were delicious. They also have a bar attached. Ambiance is very calm. The food is a little bit on the pricier side.

First visit but certainly won’t be my last! I drive by this place all the time and finally decided to stop by and I’m only upset I didn’t make the decision sooner.
Beautiful interior, amazing and attentive staff and incredible food. I got the Thali lunch special with Saag and Butter chicken. The garlic naan was absolutely delicious and everything was perfectly tender and flavorful.

We went to Swagat on Tuesday for my birthday. We had the chicken tikki masala and the lamb vindaloo. Both were phenomenal. They were amazing as left overs as well. We will definitely be going again. I need to work my way through the menu.

Excellent lunch at Swagat Indian Cuisine! A recommendation by our congenial host of the lunch special was a tremendous suggestion! Everything was delicious, from the saag to the butter chicken, veggie fritter, papadom, garlic Naan, yogurt dip, and a dessert of rice pudding…and this was all on one platter! If you love authentic Indian Cuisine, you must try Swagat. The highlight though, was the lovely service we received from the waiter and the handsome host. Hope to be back sometime when we come back to the area. I have one suggestion; open up another restaurant at the NC coast!

Everything i had was absolutely amazing. It was all of high quality, authentic and very delicious. I especially loved the Hot & Sour Veg Soup and the Meat Samosa. I also had the Shrimp Curry and two different bread selections. Like I said everything was awesome. The service was top notch and the loved the setting. The reason this is a hidden gem is the location is very unassuming but makes up for it in every other way! A must try 10 of 10.
