When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

I ordered two large hot pastrami sandwiches to go. I asked the server if she could double wrap everything because I was traveling by airplane the next day and would be hand carrying these sandwiches home. This wonderful lady took great care to pack everything securely for me and did so with a smile! Thank you for your kindness and stellar customer service and providing great attention to detail of my request. I hope TOGO’S appreciates her and the quality of service she provides their customers.

Always great for a quick healthy meal. If you can get Miguel to help you, you can’t go wrong. Always friendly, great service and never gets it wrong.
I hate to say it, he raises the bar so much I’m usually disappointed when he doesn’t help us. I like this place too much to shave enough off stars but it’s not the same. I wish more of the employees would follow his example.

These guys are great! I come to this place very often and they are always busy, but they don’t look angry. They always welcome you with a smile and a friendly questions. They already know what my preferences are and they also make good recommendations when I’m not sure what to order. I’m happy to have this place close to my office.

What I like best about Togo is that all of their produce is crisp and fresh. They also put a healthy amount of meat in their sandwiches. My favorite go-to sandwiches are the cold roast beef & avocado, Albacore tuna, and hot pastrami. The bread I s always super fresh and flavorful too.

I went in recently and bought a couple items, handed the man behind the counter a 50, didn’t receive a receipt. He said the total and handed me my change. When I got home I realized the guy screwed me over 6 dollars. Maybe it was coincidental? I thought. And it was only six dollars. So I just cut my losses. Recently my father went in and in he too didn’t receive a receipt and was screwed over around 10 dollars. Don’t get me wrong this is partially our fault for not asking for a receipt and checking the change. But I usually trust that the people behind the counter are being honest. Really don’t believe that this was a mistake though. It was the same guy both times! I won’t be going here again. Check your change at this place. Make sure to get a receipt!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I dont even know where to begin. I ordered sandwhiches online and they werent ready when I picked them up at the scheduled time. I understand that this can happen. However I do not understand the unprofessional attitude that my wife and I were given. My wife took the sandwhiches from the young worker and he immediately stared her down and whispered something underneath his breath to his coworker. I promptly asked him what was going on and what the problem was. He stated “you better get outta here”. Anyway to say the least it was not a good experience and I will not be returning.

They don’t have a way to review the seaside location but Im sure its no different. Its not that togos sandwiches don’t taste good its that you pay about $10 for a 1/4 LB of pastrami on bread. How far would you go for a way better sandwich from a local deli?? Id go to the moon and back before I go to togos again.
