I like the cafeteria style where you get your own drinks and whatnot. It smells amazing as soon as you walk in. We went for dinner this evening Friday 1/16/26 because the specialty smoked ribeye is served on Friday and Saturday only. We arrived around 5:30pm and the ribeye was already sold out. So that was a bummer. I ordered ribs and sliced brisket with potatoe salad and corn on the cob. The ribs were great! Awesome flavor with a nice bark all around they were also tender and moist. The sliced brisket however, was dry and bland very underwhelming. The potato salad was very interesting. Not the best I’ve ever had but unique and good. Corn was average. I would go back for the ribs, but nothing else was special.

Truly the best barbecue I’ve ever had! Ample portions, and quick service. I tried the pork ribs which were huge and perfectly cooked and the smoked bologna, which was sliced the a thick slab. They had two types of barbecue sauces on the table, spicy and regular if you want to add sauce. I found the meat so flavorful, it was unnecessary to do so. The two meat plate came with two sides and Texas toast. Be aware, although excellent, the French fries are battered, so not good for a gluten free diet. The black eyed peas were a little soupy for my preference. My friend had the ribs and pork loin along with fried okra. The batter on the okra was light and not greasy. We drove up from Dallas to sample the barbecue and after tasting the meals we decided it was definitely worth the 2 hour drive and we would do it again!

Ordered a smoked half-chicken plate with potato salad & wedge side salad and a ribs plate with a baked potato and fried okra. All aspects were fresh and to temperature. We finished off with a blackberry cobbler and peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
The toast was awesome, and I love the unlimited pickles & raw onions.

I eat here everytime I go see my grandparents, its great Oklahoma BBQ, I recommend the pulled pork, pulled chicken and hot links, their sweet tea is good as it should be being BBQ. I wish they had Mac n cheese and maybe a couple more side options but other than that no complaints. There is sometimes a 20 minute or so wait during busy hours. Everyone is friendly and has a great attitude. There is also indoor and outdoor seating.

Yummy! Ribs and brisket were both delicious. Didn’t care for the potato salad, but the coleslaw was good! All the desserts were great too!

My husband and I stopped in over the weekend and let me tell ya… YUM! My smoked pork loin was so tender and absolutely packed with flavor! My husband ribs were even better, but the brisket!! Unbelievable. We will definitely be back. If you’re in the area or just passing through I highly recommend giving it a try!?

We came to visit back in Sept 2022 and I totally forgot to give my review. But let me tell you. If we are back around the area again we will definitely come back. The food was delicious and you get your fair share of it. We ended up having to get to go boxes for all of us.
The people were very friendly as well and had no problem going over something in the menu with you.

My brother recommended this place for us. We flew into Dallas and was driving up to Norman, OK and was craving BBQ. This place did not disappoint at all.
Portions are generous… brisket was outstanding. Nice tangy BBQ sauces.
This place is not from the highway so easy on/off.

Lunch with relatives, my first time there. Food was delish!! Was great being able to actually converse while eating, even with it very busy. Look forward to going back! Highly recommend!
