This place is always a little slow but today was unacceptable. Placed a mobile over for drive thru to get there with a long line so decided to do carry out. Walk in to this employee staring at her phone with not a care in the world. Tried to get her attention a few times before another employee came in to help. She never looked up once. Long line outside and this going on inside

I arrived at Chick-fil-A at 8:56 PM, just minutes before the posted closing time, and an employee deliberately locked the lobby doors while I was walking up. She made direct eye contact with me and proceeded to walk away without offering any explanation or assistance.
Closing the lobby before the stated time — especially while customers are still inside and the drive-thru remains open — is unacceptable. This demonstrates a clear disregard for posted business hours and for basic customer service standards. I expect businesses to honor their advertised hours and treat customers with professionalism and respect. I have pictures and time stamps that I will post on other forums

I came through the drive-thru to redeem a chicken biscuit reward and had a simple question about add-ons. I understand that rewards sometimes don’t allow extras, so I politely asked if it was possible to add anything or turn it into a meal. Instead of just explaining how it works, the employee huffed, turned his head, and responded in a sarcastic tone saying, “It’s really up to you, man.”
I was just asking for clarification on how the add-ons work. As I drove off, he said, “Wooo, that was a lot,” which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
I’ve always had good experiences at Chick-fil-A, so this interaction stood out. I wasn’t being difficult just asking a simple question. A little patience and professionalism would’ve gone a long way.

Went to grab a bite after my treatment at the hospital earlier. It was for breakfast . Since I had to take my medicine . This is the WORST ChickFil A EVER. I get this restaurant all the time for its customer service. I work in customer service so I know and understand. But this location food took a hr to get .06 miles and it’s cold. Add on top of all that I ask for 1 Polynesian sauce and didn’t receive. I HATE this location. I usually come to this location because it’s close to my daughter’s school and their food is typically better than other locations. But I have to be honest…the customer service is consistently disappointing. There’s no care or concern; the staff just stand there and look at you. At most other Chick-fil-A locations, they’ll try to make things right or fix an issue, but not here. It really feels like the customer doesn’t matter at all. This is my third or fourth unpleasant experience here, and it’s frustrating because I actually want to like this location.

I’ve been here before and the staff are always kind, which I appreciate. I ordered two spicy sandwiches and used a coupon to get one of them for free, so I was looking forward to it.
Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I had already left and started eating that they gave me two regular sandwiches instead. It wasn’t busy at the time, so I’m not sure how the order got mixed up.
The food itself was fine, but it’s frustrating not getting what I asked for. Especially when you’re craving something specific.
Not the worst experience, but definitely disappointing.
