This place used to be amazing. Last two times they’ve screwed up my order. I got cocktail sauce with my cheese curds rather than marinara (also charged $0.40 for it)
Today, ordered sourdough melt. Asked for thousand island on the side. Clearly on the receipt but not in the bag. Little things like this will make me eat elsewhere.

I usually have solid experiences at Culver’s. This one failed that and missed the mark, many marks.
First – I approached the cashier(s) and two employees asked me “have you been helped yet” I said no and the two gentlemen walked away. Wild. Imagine that? What would Culver’s corporate thing.
A nice young later woth braces then helped me and helped me from there on out. The two gentlemen who were at the cashiers on November 14 evening need a refresh on what to do when a customer enters… let alone walks up to a register…
The food was very good as always. Sadly the carpet was dirty and tables in the main seating area were dirty. But it was busy dinner hour so it can be expected
I am not sure I will return here nor bring my family here. Sad because it is a new spot, I hope they improve or hire adequately.

Culver’s – Hometown Favorite
Culver’s continues to be a solid go-to for me and my son. He ordered his usual favorite—a Single ButterBurger Deluxe with everything, large cheese curds with marinara, and a Sprite. Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful, just like always. That combo never misses!
I kept it light with the Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad, but gave it my twist—no bacon, no chicken, added fresh red onion, and two French dressings. And let me tell you… absolute perfection . The mix of sweet, tangy, salty and crisp had me savoring every bite. (I forgot to mention I added a 6 piece shrimp entree w/cocktail sauce)
Shoutout to the staff too—polite, accurate, and consistent. It’s so refreshing to visit a place where the food and the service are on point every single time.

The blatant shrinkflation is wild work. Cod is half the size it used to be. Used to come to Culver’s all the time for this, but definitely only coming when they’ve got their walleye. Fingers crossed they don’t do the same thing with the walleye next year, though.

Pleasantly greeted by staff. Nate helped me with my order is was amazingly cheerful & nice. I took Forever to order and helped me with the menu and was Super patient. I ordered a Cheeseburger, strawberry peach mixer, and a large fry. All of the food was fresh and ready within about 5 mins.

the cod dinner use to be an awesome meal, 20 dollars for 3 fish sticks and couple fries and a halve squeezed lemon wedge is crazy. coleslaw was old and the dinner roll wasnt even baked all the way. never again.

Went with my son today. After ordering our food, we sat and waited for little bit before it came out which was understandable since it was a little crowded. After finishing our food we go to use the free kids scoop coupon. We ordered and then proceeded to wait for 30 MINUTES. For a single scoop of vanilla and some chocolate syrup. Multiple people who ordered after us got served but not us. We ended up walking out.
