I’m really disappointed again with Panda Express last time they got the proportions wrong, and it was literally a pick up order. I complained online and got no answer. This time my order took about 35 minutes they forgot the sauce I had to wait to get their attention to ask for some because I was picking up by drive through. They put barely any meat, I’m thankful for the chicken but I asked online for at least the meat to be more filled it was 3 pieces and just vegetable. I also ordered chow mein got non of that. If they are low on something or having issues let the customer know but instead get your order and be surprised when you get home.

I’m writing this review at 9:32pm 2/14. I was at this location trying to get a food, I been there in a line for 18 minutes!!! And when it was my turn I was told that they don’t have chowmein and beigin beef, and I will have to wait for another 7 minutes. Very disappointed with this location, I would advise you not to go there and to go somewhere else.

I went with my son around nine thirty at night.They were out of more than half the dishes. I asked if they were putting out more, and they said to just let them know which one I wanted, and they would make it. I was not happy at all.Because I wanted to have a little bit of a three different things. So we walk out! Don’t go after 8 pm. There won’t be any food left.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:20 p.m. and had been driving for quite some time. When I approached the door, it had already closed before the closing time. They kindly requested that I pull up to the drive-thru. However, after going through the drive-thru, no one responded. I had to return to the door and ask again. They repeated their request for me to go through the drive-thru, but after going back and forth multiple times, they still informed me that they were out of food, even though it seemed like they had some.

Terrible customer service. The lady told me off for not pulling up to the speaker when i waited for a pick up order for 30 minutes. She couldn’t even speak English. Clean place but the service was horrible and the food tasted like it came out of the freezer. Gave them more than 4 chances, because i enjoy the brand. But every visit to this location was just a horrific experience. Couldn’t pay me $1000 for a free meal from this place. Super sad because i really enjoy this establishment in Detroit Michigan.. but in Hallandale Florida it’s absolutely a joke.. don’t waste your time or money folks

The lady was rude… couldn’t speak English clearly… the boy was lost… I guess I got the F team today… a team must have had the day off… because these staff members were horrible! Food wasn’t on par either… orange chicken was tough and crunchy with no meat… even the honey walnut shrimp was bad… need to stop coming to this location… they’re getting away with people’s money for sure. If I had ordered it to go I wouldn’t have known… until I got far from it… Good thing I ate it there.
