Passing through Quakertown once again and stopped for dinner at the Quakertown Family Restaurant. What a great place! Amazing and friendly staff and the food was marvelous!! Definitely a go to place with the locals and we could see why… We’ll most certainly be stopping back again!!

This is everything a diner should be. Lovely place. Splendid atmosphere. I mean just look around…classy! Food is always consistently good and people are nice. Timely delivery on the food. I go here on a weekly basis.

Had a great time at this diner. The staff were nice and the place was clean. Definitely good diner vibes. The waitress brought a carafe of coffee to the table just to keep it flowing. I ordered the chicken parm which came with a house salad. The salad was fine. It was fresh and the dressing was good. Now the chicken parm was okay. Nothing I would crave or order again. Something just wasnt there. I think it was the breading. Anyway, it was edible and a nice size portion was provided. All in all I would definitely return and maybe try something else.

Stopped for breakfast with husband. I ordered an omelette with feta cheese, spinach and mushrooms. It had a distinct ” wet dog” odor which turned my stomach. Couldn’t isolate which ingredient emitted the smell, very un appetizing. I picked at it and tried a couple of bites of only the egg. Later got a bad stomach ache and nausea. Husband had creamed chipped beef on a waffle which was ” okay, but bland”.
Don’t eat here!

Came here many years ago and forgot why I never came back. Today decided to come in and have breakfast. Yeah, disappointing and now I remember why I didn’t come back. The food came out barely warm. As for the service, was ok but forced. The only positive here is the ambiance was fine and the furniture looks great. That’s about it!

Delicious moist crab cakes, chicken and rice soup, fresh tossed salad were all fresh and tasty. Wonderful helpful hostess and waitress.
Prompt service too, for lunch with my daughter. Excellent.

My server was good… And that’s about it, the majority of my visit here was mediocre. I was seated by the window in a booth, but it would have been nice to have been asked my preferences. The food was on time and the egg omelet was okay but i also ordered a steak on the side… It was horrible. It tasted old and it was dry. The mushroom soup was okay although a bit on the thick side, like batter. The place itself is okay and kind of up to date but there is a smell in the back dining area that reminds me of oldness. I also noticed that most of the guests were senior citizens so maybe that’s preferred. I was not impressed with this place it could use some renovating and perhaps some quality control in the kitchen. That’s too bad because it had the potential to live up to the greatness that i first foresee when i choose to eat here.

It was around 8 in the evening and I was looking for a place for dinner. I stop in to check it out knowing that it was posted that they close at 9 on this particular night. There were only a few customers in the restaurant and to my surprise I was able to have a very nice rib steak dinner, baked potato, salad, and a drink. Everything was perfect! the bill wasn’t that bad, actually I thought the bill was very good for what I ordered. there’s plenty of parking. the place was clean. everything was sanitized with safety divider around the register, big bathrooms, and clean. Plenty of parking including handicap parking and I believe they have a ramp going up through the double doors on the side of the restaurant. There was about a half a dozen steps to climb to go up through the double doors. you can order ahead, doordash it, takeout, or bring a large group of people. they have plenty of seating. A good place to bring the kids. I will stop back in and try their breakfast and maybe even a lunch. I was very pleasantly surprised

This is a very coom 1970s style diner. Which is a little rare in the diner world. However the place is very cool. The food is as you expect from a PA diner. Very good. Will go again
