I love Cheesecake Factory ! I love the food ! Every time I go there with my friends everything is perfect but not this last time .
We went there on Friday night around 9:00pm . They close at 10:00 so we still had one hour .
We had to wait 10 minutes before the server got to our table . He was acting like he was mad at us for being there. Didn’t even say Hi or apologize for take all that time .
When we were almost done eating another server came and said he was taking over just to bring to go containers and the check. He was nicer to us in 5 min than the other server was the whole time .
The bill was $125 and we left $25 tip so $150 total
We only shared the spinach dip and when we got home we both got really sick ! Feeling nauseous and trowing up .
My friend called the next day and spoke with the manager Chris .
He said he didn’t have any other complaints that night and that the kitchen was sanitized.
Got my friend number to call her back and never did ! Didn’t care !
Why we would be lying about something like that ?
So this time was very disappointing because it’s not cheap to eat there so if a customer is telling you that something was wrong you should believe them .

The Factory is one of those corporate chains that you can always count on.
Huge variety .. always made fresh .. very friendly and helpful staff.
Truly always 5 Star for the style that it is.
The only reason to give it less or any bad review would be a truly bad experience, which today was Not.
Definitely always the place to come when everyone wants to eat something different .. lol
And the staff at this location has Never let me down.

This review is specifically for their Brunch. I’ve had alot of pancakes in my life, but the cinnamon swirl pancakes I had from this Cheesecake Factory location this particular time was one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. EVER.
I went to a different cheesecake factory location a week later and got the same pancakes. It was good, but not as good as the ones I had at this Danbury location.

Even though it was a busy night, the service was on point!
Our drinks, appetizers, entrées, and dessert were all brought to the table expeditiously. Our server, Alma was very attentive to our table.
And the food did not disappoint, everything was excellent!

The Cheesecake Factory in Danbury is not only my absolute favorite restaurant but has the best service out of all the restaurants I have ever been to!
There is a variety of food options to pick from and the food is always served with care. I went here for my 21st birthday last year and tried one of their Piña Coladas. It was delicious and they also gave me a complimentary slice of cheesecake. Not only was it free, but they decorated it and sang me happy birthday.
My favorite dish is the Baja Chicken Tacos. I went there last night and the meal came with rice and beans, which complimented the dish very well. I tried their cucumber lemonade and it was delicious, as well.
Our waiter was very kind and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He checked in on us regularly and even wrote a thank you note on top of our check.
I want to say thank you to the staff at the Cheesecake Factory for going above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. If you are in Danbury and looking for a place to eat, the Cheesecake Factory is an excellent choice!

I went to the Danbury Cheesecake Factory for the first time last night and was pretty disappointed. The food was still pretty good because its cheese cake factory. However, in comparison to cheesecake factory’s other locations this one did not hit the mark. I was intentionally served bread that was so stale it could’ve broken my tooth. We told the waitress about the bread and she was very kind and brought out a new loaf. We ordered the fried cheese, mac and cheese balls and sliders. The food didn’t look appetizing. The pictures are the White plains Cheesecake Factory mac and cheese balls vs the Danbury. You can very clearly tell which one looks more appetizing.

Ain’t no way this the real portion size for chicken on a twenty-seven dollar plate. As a chef myself I can’t believe the head chef saw this, tasted that piccata sauce, and still sent it out. Absolutely terrible. At any Cheesecake Factory this is my go-to meal because of the consistency, but this tonight is not it.

We do not have this restaurant in AR, so I wanted to try it out again. Overall, the food was good. Large portions. We had a party of 8 and while our waiter appeared to be overworked, he was attentive to our needs. Prices are pretty high, but that may be the norm nowadays.

At the restaurant, everything went smoothly—the seasoning was spot on, service impeccable. However, my wife’s pineapple crispy chicken and shrimp arrived with a troubling substitution: roughly ninety percent cauliflower, ten percent actual meat. No prior notice from staff, and it clearly originated from the kitchen. We chose not to complain… but yeah, that part stung.

This is one of the most favourite Cheesecake Factory restaurants in CT! Very nice interior, friendly and fast service, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere! Food was very very delicious I’m picky when it comes to Burgers , but this place is #1 in my chart so far Husband enjoyed fish tacos a lot too ☺️
