Always smells good walking in. This location is a bit off the path from the freeway, but worth it. Great food. New spicy crispy chicken sandwich too. Onion rings are great. Custard… choose your favorite.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!! The food is always high quality and delicious BUT…so many times in the last year our order has been wrong. For instance. This evening my husband ordered me a fish sandwich the way it comes. It came dry with pickle only ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. One night they sent my sandwich with ONE BUN… ONE… We have had our order messed up more times than not in the last more than a year. It’s disappointing. We won’t stop coming but would appreciate a quality and ACCURACY check. Especially through the drive through. Thank you to management if this happens

Jasmine was so friendly when taking our order. I tried the pumpkin pecan custard & loved it!! Had the N. Atlantic Cod & broccoli for lunch and it’s always so good! The server who walks around the dining room is also helpful. Love to be at Culver’s!

TIME WASTING! The food at this restaurant is consistently good; however, the drive-through system clearly needs improvement. After waiting approximately 10 minutes in line and completing payment, I was instructed to pull forward or to the side and then waited an additional 15 minutes for my order. During that time, customers who placed their orders several cars behind me received their food before I did, which creates unnecessary frustration.
The process appears to be out of order and inefficient. With a limited menu, it would make sense to prepare multiple items at once since the placing order process move quickly, multiple orders can be completed and delivered together rather than preparing and bringing out one order at a time. Having a single person responsible for running food also slows the process. A more organized and streamlined approach would greatly improve the drive-through experience, especially since this seems to be a recurring issue.

This is the worst Culver’s we’ve ever been to. We ordered food for just 5 people and we were missing one ladies salad, a cheese sauce, and we got no straws with our drinks (we ordered curbside). When I walked back into the restaurant I waited for 10 minutes until someone could help me. I showed the receipt and told all the things we were missing, she handed me the “garden fresco salad” and instead got the cashew salad. The lady who ordered the salad was allergic to tree nuts so the salad was inedible. This place is a JOKE!

When checking bag before leaving my cheese curds we’re forgot, girl who took my order was rude about it. Got home, mushroom Swiss burger with no mushrooms. Called to talk to manager, was told they were on vacation, they MIGHT call me back.
ALSO: contacted corporate on 2/10 and have not heard anything back either. Sad to see a once good company go down the drain, I’ll get my fried cheese somewhere else.

Super slow. Usually 6 to 8 vehicles waiting when we go. I have loved Culver’s food for many years but this location puts their name to shame. Typically forget something on the order or forget something on the burger. The burger this time was actually cold. I’ve included a picture of my double bacon deluxe. Looks just like on TV. NOT even close.
