So, I order from thus place all the time, never had a problem until now!! First of all, the owner is ignorant, what kind of owner/manager doesn’t get in the phone when a customer has a complaint, and is talking through the cashier, 2nd I ordered the tuna club sandwich dinner that is supposed to cone with onion rings and French fries. First mistake, got my food no onion rings, ordered an orange soda thinking it would be a 20oz, since it was the same price 2.25 as all the other 20ozs, nope it was 16.9 oz, omg then I order a steak and cheese with green onions not grilled, what do I get grilled red and green, when I called I was told it is premade, and if I wanted green onions they would throw them on like they do a pizza, not cook. Oh, did I forget to tell you I got it delivered. Only to be told if I wanted them to remake the sub or anything else I would have to bring back the food and they would remake it, so not only did I pay delivery fee and tip now I would have to waste gas. Wt#, The other option is they would give me credit for next time. I took the credit because I am so upset I’m not thinking straight to go down there. However, the cashier calls me to inform me they gave me a full refund. This whole experience was unacceptable!! I won’t be back

I’ve been coming to this pizza spot since I was a kid with my grandma, and it’s always been amazing! The food is top-notch—especially the cheese pizza and the steak & cheese subs, which are both absolutely delicious and filling. The employees are always friendly, and I’ve only ever had great experiences here from day one.
I don’t really understand the negative reviews—if there’s ever a mistake or misunderstanding, it’s something you can simply talk to the staff about, and they’ll work with you to make it right. They’re hardworking, dedicated people who care about their customers. Definitely worth leaving a tip if you can—they deserve it!

I really found the food to be creative in flavor and the service to be friendly. The inside and service felt very retro to a classic 90s pizza shop with the friendliness.

i came here today and the lady was so ridiculously rude. she was yelling at me and spoke to me like a child. it was so unprofessional and insane. i’ve never had any issues with apollos as it is in my childhood town and i would always come here. maybe she is a new hire, but she should go, she is very rude to customers. unacceptable!

My go place for pizza, chicken wings and/or Greek salad! The small take-out style restaurant is conveniently located in the center of Canton. I’d recommend signing up for an online account. It makes ordering super easy/check status, you get reward points and they’ll periodically send you coupons. The staff are always super nice, complete orders in a timely manner and have never once messed one up. Keep up the great job!

Eaten here twice since starting to work in the area and it has been great. Had a cheeseburger sub one day that was fantastic and same for a turkey sub another day. Bread always tastes like it was made that morning. Haven’t tried any of the pizza or salads but they have a good deal on 2 slices and a soda for like $6. Looking forward to the next visit!

I think Apollo makes a consistently great pizza. I think their subs and salads are great too. I lived in the North End for years and i know what a good pizza, sub, salad, etc. should taste like. These are the best in our area. You’d have to drive into the North End, good luck if you can find parking,and walk to whatever pizza place you choose when all you had to do was order from Appolo. I love them. And I’m stickin’ to my word!
