I was pleasantly surprised to see a crowd at this place. But once I took my first bite, I was no longer surprised. This Mediterranean lunch bowl is simply the most delicious I’ve ever had. If you’re a fan of spicy food, the Harrissa chicken is a must-try. Everything here is fresh and incredibly delicious. Highly highly highly recommend!

Great lunch! Wonderful selection of salads & Bowls with Mediterranean flair. We both got the chicken shawama. Unique blend of veggies & 2 different dressing made this truly delicious. They also have a wonderful selection of drinks. I had mexican diet coke. It was really good. Lots of other veggie and fruit selections. I highly recommend! They also have take out.

Shion was extremely nice and the food is fresh and tasty! I didn’t get his name but the guy with the fresh arm tattoo was super cool too. I love that the avocados here are fresh and not old looking like some Cavas can be. I recommend this Cava location.

The worst service. No one cares atleast they didn’t when I went in. I was 30 mins late picking up my bowl so it should have been ready when I got there … no one could find it. I asked an employee and she just said I don’t see it and walked off. I had to then go to the cashier and ask where my bowl was.. after showing the receipt and clarifying that this was the correct location… I was handed some random bowl that was just by the register. I should have checked it. I was handed this Rando bowl and then asked if I wanted a bag… duh I want a bag it’s a take out order. I then had to tell them I also ordered pita chips … they placed all the items in the bag… I left went home …. That was NOT my order. I will NOT be back. I will go to the Cava in Durham and wake forest where I typically go, this location is clearly not to the same standard.

Love Cava’s food! Had a great experience with this evening’s order. Easy to place an online order. Would be great if they had an allergen box, but I was able to call this store on the phone. A wonderful team member helped me and made sure my food would be safe to eat. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a raise and applause! 12/7 order at 8:30pm. Thank you for fresh, healthy and safe food and hiring great staff that care!

Just took my guys out here for lunch. First time eating at Cava and it was by far the best experience. A gentleman named Mark helped me out and answered every annoying question I had. I regularly frequent chipotle but now I don’t think I’ll ever be going back there. Mark made me a Cava customer for life now! Food was so good. Place was super clean and so many options to choose from.

This was my first time eating at Cava. It was a little hectic with the time since it was lunch. The original person who took the order was great and knew exactly what to do as did the second. Once getting down the line the person appeared to be learning which was fine. The food itself was mediocre. I got the chicken rice bowl and the lettuce that’s used, personally, I found the texture to be odd in the bowl. It wasn’t hot (the rice and chicken) which made it less appetizing. The sauces were good. The pita bread was soft. My only other issue is that the lid does not stay on the bowl and I was carrying it out of the building. I didn’t drop it but thankful I realized that the container was not steady. Overall the place was clean and the workers were good but it was just all a mediocre experience.

The manager, Tyler, was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about providing top-tier service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making the visit feel genuinely personal and welcoming.
The entire staff mirrored his professionalism — every team member was polite, helpful, and efficient, which made the atmosphere warm and inviting. The food was fresh and flavorful, but it was the outstanding service that truly set this location apart.
