I just placed my order 20 minutes ago and I realize my sandwich barely has chicken or bacon on it and yall forgot my straw for my drink. 2 weeks ago the JJ driver forgot my drink. If we’re paying for this expensive food at-least make it the correct way. Won’t be ordering anytime soon!

Have been inside, through the drive thru and have ordered delivery. All options suck. Orderers take forever, even when it is not crowded. Customized my sandwich on the app for pickup, order was not even close to what I had ordered. Manager does not care and neither does staff because I called to complain, they did not care. Delivery took 52 minutes to recieve, and it was only 1 sandwich.

I wouldn’t call them freaky fast what so ever. Went through the drive through there was 1 car in front of me and I was in line for 20 minutes. Yes 20 minutes and I’m not exaggerating. I saw my sandwich get placed by the window and the employee left the window with my sandwich sitting there for 15 of the 20 minutes I was there. I almost got out of my car and grabbed it my self. Just to get home and find out my sandwich was missing cheese! Absolutely unbelievable. Won’t be back at this location.

What happened tonight ? I purposely went into the store to finalize our order and when I got home and looked at what we paid over $22 dollars for two 8″ sandwiches. Plus I added a tip at the very end. Big mistake and won’t happen again. Nearly no tuna fish on the one plus other issues and the other was a mess. Asked if they could cut them in half, didn’t happen, asked for some mayo and mustard packets. Didn’t happen. Sad day and poor management and quality control tonight…
