The managers here are terrible, it trickles to some staff clearly. Most crew members are friendly. Corporate response is a joke. Say they credit you with the store managers, they say they have no name. Go to Burger King or taco bell at the corner, save your headache time and money. Mcd do better, this location is definitely no go. It sucks too, it’s the closest to me. Morning is no where near convenient or fast, late night staff rude and unprofessional, when they are at fault for giving your food away most especially. Specially tonight. I was called stupid and threatened to call the police because I refused to be satisfied with neither my food, or my money.

I work nights, and stop in here a couple times a month between 11pm-7am. The food is always hot and fresh. My order is always correct. The wait is minimal. And the workers are always really nice!! Ms. Lillian is an absolute ray of sunshine!! Made my morning so much better!!

Yeah went to the this location to pick up a doordash order
Went to the first entrance and the man who was smoking INSIDE the locked entrance told me to go to the other entrance.
Went in and waited, with another Doordasher for 10 minutes while delivery orders sat on the counter and the employees who saw us refused to go to the window
Also while on support there were two other employees smoking inside

After a horrible experience at a different mdonalds 9 minutes away, we came here. The employees were so friendly and joyful, seems like something so little but truly saved us from a miserable rest of our 4 hour drive. We just drove 8 hours, and they truly changed our mood completely!! Also, the food was hot and super good. 2nd window had our drinks ready as soon as we pulled around and our food out in seconds!! Everything was perfect here.

If I could give them a ZERO INWOULD! The manager has walked by me several times and hasn’t said 1 word! Last time I was here she took fries someone brought back and put them back under the warmer. Today, a Dasher asked for so and so’s order (by name) and she gave it to him. When I asked for my patron’s order she gonna make me look at the order number. Then I seen her handling money and go back to dishing up fries with NO GLOVES AND SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS! Ewww! Tall, skinny and walks with a limp…that’s her.

The food was good and they actually followed the instructions on the order. Everything tasted fine. The problem was the drive-thru. The line was extremely long, and some cars were taking 5–10 minutes each to move. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to get through. Good food, but the wait is way too long.

Horrible service And the wait time is always 15 to 20 minutes to get served cold food then . By the time you try to check the food to see if it’s correct the window is slammed in your face to where you have to get back in line ,when you go back in the line, you have to wait another 20 minutes just to get to the window and have the employees give you an attitude for wanting the food remade Fresh like it was supposed to be the first time…………. This place needs completely new staff and more staff considering the traffic that they know they get but still higher minimum. Staff makes no sense. This fast food time has became equivalent to a dining restaurant. Unacceptable.

Just went through the drive thru, I used my points for a Big Mac but also ordered a double cheeseburger meal. At the first window, the woman didn’t even acknowledge us so we went to the second window thinking she wasn’t taken payment. She ended up having to come up to the front to get my card and we could tell she had an attitude. Then the double cheeseburger was missing from our order so I missed out on my points because of this. Not happy with the service as all.

Worst mcdonalds ever, whenever you order from them they are always slow, either understaffed or just moving slow. The order is never completely in the bag, even if you pay extra for sauces so you can get enough for your food because they only give you 2 sauces for a 20 piece, they still dont put it in the bag. The drinks are either there or not there. Majority of the time the food is old and stale and cold by the time it gets to you. Its almost like even though you paid for the extra they still think they dont have to put them in the bag so they just dont. Even when you go to the drive through they manage to not put everything in the bag and have you pull to the next window and wait for them to eventually assemble an order for you, and then you have to hope its all in the bag.
