This place has gone down hill. Remind you it’s December heat in the ladies room would of been nice was like sitting in a snowbank to go pee. Told a worker, they really didn’t care. At 1 pm they were out of chili hummmm someone didn’t plan accordingly. Soda machine not working, ketchup dispenser not pumping. Tables all dirty , not sure when they were all cleaned. Sidewalks all covered in snow and ice, being handicap someone could slip and fall.
Updating review. Figure I would try again here. We walked in no one at counter, went to ladies room and yup still cold as a snow bank in there. Came back out. A guy sitting in the lobby said the guy was out back and use the kiosk machine, I told him I don’t want to use that. I have a picture attached of a guy leaned on counter in the back asleep. Hollered at him to wake him up. He goes are you with Uber? Said no to him and he walked off. Hummmm……… another guy from drive thou was playing on his phone without a care in the world. This was December 14th at 5:30 pm. Not sure calling the manager will help, probably not.

Did drive thru for dinner. Now we’ve experienced this before but tonight was the worst. You go through drive thru, before you can even browse the menu the order taker and repeating “what can I get you” then youre trying to order your items and cant even speak because all you keep hearing is the order taker say “anything else? Anything else?” While trying to order. Then at the end a lovely attitude with “window” nothing more said. Then to wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. Ive worked fast food, I get it. But honestly have some pep or kindness. Then get to the window for our food and its practically thrown out the Window. Do better. This is why I rarely come here, not because of the food but because of the people working.

How hasn’t this place been shut down when it’s so dirty? It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I was grossed out eating here and felt like I might get food poisoning. The floors were sticky and dirty, windows had hand prints all over them, ketchup was empty, counters were gross and unclean, soda machine looks like it’s never been wiped down. Someone should send an inspector to this restaurant if the kitchen is anything like the dining room. I will never eat here again.

The people working were super friendly and pleasant, but the restaurant was so dirty! Tables dirty, trash on the floor, drink machine was grossly dirty as were the ketchup counter, etc.
Food tasted ok, but was almost afraid to eat there because the entire store was so dirty. ☹️

Probably the dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at. Trash cans were full, no clean tables, just very disappointing for what you normally get from a Wendy’s. When you have two catsup dispensers available a guy would expect at least one to be usable…nope, both empty.
The time it took to get food was more appropriate for an actual diner type experience, not fast food.
This location needs either a management change or to follow some training plan. No chance I stop here again.

Unfortunately being very generous with the 3 stars. The food was definitely mediocre (i get it fast food though), it seemed to take forever waiting for my order. The floor in the lobby leading to the bathrooms was so greasy I was practically skating around. So much grease on the floor it looked like the bottom of my shoe was wet, it wasnt.. it was the grease.. seems they use the same mop to wash the kitchen floor as they do the lobby and bathrooms.

On the surface it seemed like any other Wendy’s the order taker had a pleasant smile and answered a few questions we had. The dining hall though empty except for my group. Was clean and orderly. But I had got the wrong order. Upon rectifying this I had to use the bathroom and it was completely disheveled, and the ceiling had to big holes in it. There where no warning signs stating that any part of this establishment was under construction or remodeling, overall it was alright but not a place I would highly recommend.

Stopped in around 9:30 am. EVERY table was filthy! The soda fountain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks! The floors and windows were atrocious and the counters were unbelievably GROSS! Kiosk order only, so I can’t really review that portion of my review.
I didn’t dare to use the restroom. At 9:30 in the morning?!?!

They weren’t taking $100 bills and had ZERO signs ups saying that was the case. I had no money on me other than a $100 bill. They told me they couldn’t accept it because of “The government issue with SNAP” as said by an employee in the drive thru window… I drove off without my food because they wouldn’t accept it. Not only did I waste my time but they also wasted food.
By the way: McDonalds took my $100 bill without question ❤️
