Try out the Taco Tuesday in this post got four tacos on the side I asked for chili lime seasoning same with white cheddar seasoning and salsa verde best combo in the world with chorizo plus a dos Equis! Unbelievable combo!

Crosstown Pub has been one of my favorites. I’ve been coming here even before they were called this name. Unfortunately, the quality has changed and I was not too happy with my wings. The owner need to tell their cooks to remove the chicken feathers as much as they can because it’s gross. See for yourself. Also, they only sprinkle the seasonings on one side of the chicken. Otherwise, once “I”, the customer, have PLUCKED their chicken, the crunchiness and the tastiness is still good. And this is not the first time I’ve removed the feathers off of their chicken.
Our waitress was attentive and our food got to us fast. I have to say though, we got there around 11:30is AM on a regular workday so people were still at work. So, because of this I think it may be time to find another pub with cleaner wings.
And by the way, the feathers only becomes very visible on dry rubs. When you use liquid seasonings, however, you won’t notice them but they are there!

I used to really love this place because of the size and quality of the wings. It has been awhile since I was last here but I heard that the wings have changed. They’re no longer those huge, succulent wings that would fill you up without any appetizers. They have an 18” pretzel that is good for sharing. Quality was decent. I’ll post some pictures of the wings that I had before they changed the vendors. Service was always meh, nothing great. If you do go, make sure you check the bill prior to paying. I believe they add on some extra charges that they didn’t do in the past including a 25% tip. I don’t even tip 25% at fine dining restaurants.
The parking lot can get full and what sucks around this area is that you can’t park in another empty parking lot after hours. Don’t park in that lot behind the restaurant, otherwise you’ll have some shady people put a boot on your car. I made the mistake once and some people came out from behind the bushes. They’ll charge you $125 to take the boot off. When I stated there was no sign that said no parking. They pointed at a sign that was hidden from view.

Crosstown was recommended to me a year or two ago, and I was told specifically that I should try the wings. I’m not a big bone-in girl so I got the chick-a-lopes. I ordered online for pickup, and requested 2 sauces: garlic buffalo and devil sweat. I always like a classic, and then something spicy but they only gave me devil sweat. Didn’t find it worth it to go back because the vibe in the bar/restaurant was strange and unwelcoming. I had to go searching for someone to get my order and that interaction wasn’t anything special.

First time coming here and will say I will be coming back for sure! Starting with the service it was really great Jacey took her time on taking our orders making sure nothing was missed as we were a group of 12. The wings were very very good one of the best ones I’ve had so far. Bonus every Thursday they have half off wings definitely the spot to be on a Thursday!

Been coming here forever. Love the wings here. Thursday is half price wings. Service has always been great wings and beer have always been fresh. This time we got two orders breaded and one naked and tried several sauces, Buffalo, garlic chili barbecue, Carolina q. All are good. Got a Goose Island Pale Ale on draft was nice and refreshing. Definitely worth the stop and the calories if you’re in the area!

What a gem! The staff are fun, knowledgeable and super helpful. I ordered wings, grilled with the best GARLIC PARMESAN sauce ever! No lying I slurped up every bit. Asked to taste the Buffalo sauce – next time. Absolutely fantastic! And they have a fabulous outdoor area.

Only 4 stars as the service was pretty average. Slow on the drinks for sure.
Now as far as the food, this was our first time here and we will go back to try more on the menu. We did have the wings as they are known for that. I was not disappointed, the wings were large, well cooked and very flavorful. Loved the chipotle rub and the KY Bourbon and Parmesan Garlic sauces on the side. Look forward to trying more rubs and sauces next time. My wife had the carnitas plate and they were super tender but not a ton of flavor. I had the Señor Juan burger. It was cooked perfect just like I asked. I would give the burger a good 7.5 out of 10. Would bump that up to a 9 if it were on a brioche bun.
Overall it was very good and I look forward to going back.
