I love ordering from here so much! They always get my order right and the service is usually super fast! I love their drinks so much especially the cherry limeade slush, their burgers are absolutely amazing and so delicious. And I really like the staff here they are always really nice when I go. 10/10 I never knew I needed this place until I started going ☺️

I’ve been coming here getting milkshakes for a senior care living place that I bring them to and share with the elderly . I use a drive through and today was a real different experience. A young man’s voice came through the drive through order. And I said, Merry Christmas, how was your day? He said, thank you for asking then I asked him if I could have 2 milkshakes and split them 4 ways and smaller cups because elderly people can’t drink the whole thing and I would be willing to pay for the extra cups and cherries and whipped cream on top. He said, hang on came back and told me I can’t do that, so I asked him if he would sell me some empty cups so I could split them myself. He said, I can give you one end of conversations. I drive up, he hands me, spoon straws, and then the first milkshake, which has ice cream all over it, so I hand it back to him and ask if he could wipe it off, he has an attitude slams the Little windows,. Then returns proceeds to slam a little windows again and gets the remainder of my order.Hands me another shake.I ask him for a carrier case for the milkshakes , and he just looks at me like I am the most inconsiderate person in the world, slams the window again. Now I’ve been in the customer service for decades, was a waiter, and know this will not end well when you bring this kind of attitude to your customers. If you come to work with attitude, you learn to smile through it in this industry. Also if you continue to treat people this way, your not going to get very far in life. This young man needs a retrain PERIOD!!!

Drive thru speaker was quiet had to turn car off. Small hot dog, tots and large drink $10 NOT worth it. They weren’t very busy and it took too long. Blueberry Lavender lemonade not as advertised. Picture shows purple drink, ours barely any on the bottom.

Service was horrible, pulled up and two workers were outside vaping. Pulled into the stall & hit the button. Waited for a few minutes before turning around to see the workers still outside vaping. The timer ran out on the button because it prompted me to hit it again. This continued for 10 minutes before I pulled up to the drive thru window. When I expressed I had been waiting for ten minutes I was told to “lose my attitude” luckily I recorded the entire interaction. “Susie” was also very rude and aggressive then refused service to me because I called them out about prioritizing vaping over work. I left & called corporate. Luckily I recorded them. Absolutely unacceptable and I’m flat out disgusted.

My friends put in two mobile orders to be picked up at this location, our app wasn’t working so we tried going through the drive thru. The worker at the speaker informed us that they don’t give online orders through the window but he would go ahead and do it this one time which was really sweet of him.

We didn’t know that they didn’t do mobile orders and felt really bad that we were inconveniencing them. We were almost to the window when another employee had come out with one order and we confirmed it was the right name and when we got our bag and drink there was only a corndog in it when my friend had ordered a burger, pretzel and drink. we got up to the window and a very frustrated looking woman (I’m guessing she was a manager) tells us that they NEVER do mobile orders through the drive thru and we needed to pull around to a stall. My friend profusely apologized and we pulled around into a stall.

When we pushed the button the same angry lady got on the speaker and we tried explaining that we had two mobile orders for pick up, she cut us off very rudely and said she’d make a “note of it” that we were in stall nine calling my friend “ashley” when we had told her multiple times it was for the name “ash”. We sat in our car waiting for about 15 minutes when my friends app started working again so they checked in to the stall we were in just to make sure they remembered we were there and STILL nobody came up to our car after sitting there for almost an hour. I know we should’ve tried pushing the call button again but to be fair the last time we did the worker was very very rude and seemed like she was 2 seconds away from spitting in our food.

While waiting for our food we see the very rude worker leave the building and go smoke cigarettes looking at our car as she passed and even leave for the day. I understand that it was a very busy day for them but not only did we not get the correct order, we didn’t get either of our two orders. i’m pretty sure she told the other workers to not give us our food because we were just flat out ignored. We felt so bad for bothering the workers we were even gonna give a $5 tip to the very sweet lady who gave us our first bag of food because she definitely was deserving of it even if the order was wrong.

To the lovely lady who was running food out to the cars who was very clearly stressed out, you are an amazing worker and i hope you got tipped well.

To the unnecessarily rude long haired blonde manager with uneasy creepy green eyes that made me feel like i’m in danger, you must really hate your job to be such a petty mean person to a couple of people that felt bad for inconveniencing you and i know all of your employees hate working with you.

Hopefully we can get a refund for the two orders we didn’t get because a grown woman wanted to be petty.

Great food to pick from for any time of the day or night. When I went there to get ice cream around 5pm a lot of parking was open. The peanut butter candy blast was very good as it had candy in each spoon full. I didn’t try out the food because I just wanted a treat. My order was delivered well and it showed on the screen to read. When ordering I had a small understanding. It was fixed fast and easy.

I ordered a burger at 3:00 p.m. on February 3rd, and it was honestly the worst burger I’ve ever had from your location. The bun tasted stale, and the burger itself was cold. The cheese was not even melted, which made it seem like the meat had been sitting out for a long time before being put on the bun.
Normally, your burgers are greasy and almost fall apart sometimes even too much. This one was the complete opposite. It was dry, cold, and tasted like a burger that had been left out for hours or put in the fridge and reheated poorly.
I do not know who was working at the time, but whoever was on shift needs to be retrained. This was far below the quality I normally expect from your restaurant.

Never coming back to this Sonic.

Came through the drive-thru and the employee was rude.

Previously was missing tenders for my son’s kids meal. So ordered tenders as a replacement (called talked to Suzie) and more food “cheeseburger” and a drink. Employee said “what do I want!” after I mentioned I missed tenders and wanted it to be replaced.

Get to window and I asked him what was up with his attitude. He responded with I don’t have an attitude, I didn’t previously mess up your order, I’m here to just get you in and out. OK fine, was so done with this employee.

Get home and I get a cheeseburger stuffed with Jalepenos. Didn’t ask for Jalepenos. I guess you didn’t mess up the previous order but it looks like you intentionally added Jalepenos on this one. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I came for the half price shakes. I ordered in the app and pulled into a stall to check in. Immediately upon checking in I hit the button to add a bag of ice to my order. Two other people came in after me, made orders and left before my call was answered. Long after the screen said my food was being brought to me, and people who arrived after me were gone, my order finally came out. I also had ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken for my dog. The shakes came out melted, the bag of ice was melted, hot dog smashed into the bag, food was cold. It’s very clear my order sat somewhere for a long time before someone brought it out. I arrived and placed my order at 2140, and I’m now leaving at 2238. I don’t know what happened to this sonic but I just paid 32 dollars for cold food, warm shakes and warm ice…not happy at all. A few months ago this place was okay, this is just horrible.
