The food was not good at all! We ordered ribs, pulled pork sandwich, and a child’s meal. Horrible! The lack of seasoning in the meat and the ribs were not cooked long enough. The macaroni and cheese was awful. The pulled pork sandwich was not tasty, and this is sad because it was someone who accompanied me their first time dining at Wood Ranch. The best part about the meal was tge bread. Customer service was outstanding!

Great spot to get your steak fix when you’re in a pinch. Every time we come, there is usually a table right away, if not just a short wait. The food is always on point and well prepared. I won’t say the steak will blow you away, but it definitely hits the spot when you’re looking for some meat.

As a person who used to work and live in Texas for 3 years, Wood Ranch is an ok-ish BBQ place.
Beef ribs are not big enough, meanwhile it’s too sweet, pulled pork are too dry (though there’s sauce to go with it, but it just somehow not the way pulled pork should be served.

the sauce was delicious with a medium pour, tangy, a little sweet and a slight kick paired well with the meat

We had a fantastic experience at Wood Ranch in Chino Hills, thanks to Lauren’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely fantastic service! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
We loved Natalie’s Salad – so fresh and flavorful – and the shredded onion straws with BBQ sauce were the perfect crispy, tangy start. For our mains, we enjoyed the tender tri-tip, juicy pulled pork, and fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, each with that signature Wood Ranch smoky BBQ taste we love. The sides didn’t disappoint either: creamy mashed potatoes, rich macaroni and cheese, fresh steamed broccoli, and their warm, soft garlic rolls that are impossible to resist.
Lauren checked in at just the right times and made sure our drinks stayed full, our plates were cleared promptly, and that we were enjoying everything. Her warm energy made our meal even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back for another delicious visit – thank you, Lauren, for making our dinner so wonderful!

Whoever served our part was on point. He was attentive, friendly and when something was wrong on our order he quickly fixed it. It made the experience so much better and I wish I knew his name so he could get a shout out. The food, on tv other hand. Wow! Very warm and welcoming establishment. We had a larger party of 10 and we were seated immediately. They provide bread while we decided what to order. They had great fresh guacamole, chips and salsa. Everyone was very pleased with their dishes. I ordered steak and fries that I fell in love with. Steak had great flavor and was really lean. I hate fat on my steaks but I did not find not one piece of fat. We had a birthday also and they provided ice cream so we were able to sing. Will Come back to this place.

Great staff and great food no doubt about it! The Tri tip was out of this planet, so was the classic burger! Which I could probably called it a super Classic Classy burger, the type you see in your dreams. Fries and bread Are great too nothing to complain about the food. It couldn’t be more of a perfect way to start the football season. They pulled off an amazing coma back. It’s started shaking we came in at a shift change right before the rush hour walked in to their doors. So we were there without a server for longer than most people are ok with, but we were approached by what seemed like manager and took care of us until the new server was set. I have finally been to a restaurant where they make it better not just give up after a shaky start… Great service! Thanks
