Food: Just Horrible!! I did go a bit late around 8ish PM. However, they’re open until 1030 or 11 PM. But the food should’ve been fresh. My 1st indication should’ve been that there wasn’t any white rice. So the young lady went to go get a “scoop” & it was Cold, like really Cold?! The chicken was dried out & fatty. There were hardly any toppings & the toppings that were mixed up. Just the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever encountered!!

Usually love chipotle and have ordered hear so many times on DoorDash with no prior issues except like a missing tortilla or chips. This time? The first time I order while pregnant? There’s a long piece of a scrubbing Brillo pad or something that I have to pull out of my throat. I can’t stop gagging and crying because I don’t know how dirty what I ate is, if I ate others without knowing, and if it’s gonna go further and potentially hurt my babies. Be very careful with this chipotle and steer clear for your own health and safety.

First time eating at a Chipotle restaurant. This one is pretty new and was clean and new in appearance. The food was good and a better quality than some similar restaurants in this category. We ordered the rice bowls since you get so much for your money. The portions are huge, and multiple add ons, including steak, beans, vegetables,cheese, etc. Prices are decent for all you get. They also have a variety of natural drinks.

Absolute kudos to the team today. As I come here it’s consistently up to standard. But, today fully exceeded the standard. Had a craving for the carne asada with the Adobe ranch, pulling in the parking was packed, 6-8 cars in the drive thru line and a couple state highway trucks. I anticipated a looooong wait. When I walked in it was absolute controlled chaos. Every team member had their area and expertly working it. As busy as they were I still found myself through the line with fresh food, and sat at a clean table as quick as any other time. Additionally with the main line the to-go sounded like a streamlined factory pumping out meals and look back to realize one person was running that while the manager was bouncing all around helping where she could to keep a smooth flow. All while Respectfully addressing unhappy customers, albeit as unrealistic as they were and understanding they were not. She effectively kept the energy positive and healthy. On top of all the the dining area is maintained very well and the service/drink station stocked.
Kudos to this team for displaying a great example of a hard working, efficiently run and expertly lead team.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location has been a huge letdown. The portions are smaller than any other chipotle I’ve gone too. the guacamole I paid extra for and got a very tiny scoop. The other bowl I ordered was so skimped out on you could see the bottom of the bowl.

I was very disappointed with my order. The amount of chicken in the bowl was extremely small — no more than about 1/3 of a cup — especially considering it cost $12. The dish tasted mostly like vegetables and sour cream. On top of that, the staff did not seem friendly and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them while placing my order. It’s a shame because I am a Neighbor down the street and I will not be returning there again.

This was the quickest service! Orderd ahead, drove up to the window, gave my name and she immediately handed me my bag of grub. Arrived home, food was tasty and hefty as any other location. I love the chicken bowl with all the fixing! Kids chicken taco option is always a hit and the carnita salad option was also great.

Update ***** Tried again tonight by ordering thru App……See photos——-Recommendation is to find another place to eat. Photos are a reflection of 2 burrito bowls ordered. There is MAYBE two small utensil spoon sizes of meat and 2 of beans. For this I paid 46.00. Yes, there was a third but I sent it in a work dinner before opening. Outrage. This location has such negative reviews of which were removed at one point not allowing consumers to rate. I’ll contact the corporate office but won’t expect a response. Change it up for a Qdoba where you actually receive portions that you’ve paid for. Don’t expect to receive what the pictures depict. Looks like a slopped mess thrown in a bowl like seen on movies in prisons. Reconfirmed this original post. Smaller portions than other locations, DIRTY table, floors and serving counters, cold food which is out of compliance, staff all playing around as opposed to assisting line of customers, food prepper joking with 2nd food prepper/cashier about recent negative review. It sure who the manager is but based on the continuous negative reviews below, you’re losing an entire community of business. 3rd time, Won’t be returning.

Alot of Really Bad Reviews. I dined in & enjoyed my Bowl. Guacamole was Salty. Overall just still love Chipotle – Chicken Rice Pico, cheese Sour cream… Was Tasty. Just scooped off Salty Guac which I paid extra for.
