I had the most AMAZING experience! The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Such a cute place added to the neighborhood. I loved the decor and colors they used. The food was very good, had lots of flavor. This will be my new Lunch spot. Went in last night for the grand opening, everything was great! Food was excellent, right out the toaster! Fried crispy chicken sandwich and salad were also great! The neighborhood definitely needed something like this.. open till 2am!

Toasted has the right idea and a great business model, but unfortunately the execution falls short. The concept is simple and promising — a few quality sandwiches done really well — but the food lacks flavor and the bread, which should be the star, is honestly disappointing. The price point is fair, but the quality doesn’t match what it could be.
The service also needs major improvement. The cashier seemed inexperienced and unsure of what to do, and the overall operation felt disorganized. The staff appeared more focused on who was walking through the door than on preparing and presenting good food. The flow of the restaurant isn’t smooth, and it gives off the impression of being busier and more chaotic than it actually is.
There’s a nearby spot — I won’t name it — where the service and food are consistently top-notch, even if the place isn’t the cleanest. It shows what good management and strong food quality can do.
Toasted has potential, but it needs serious upgrades in both service and food quality to live up to its concept. With better management and attention to detail, it could easily become a favorite.
I will come back in a few weeks to give them another chance of redemption
